Pros:

Très bon hôtel malgré les avis j'ai trouvé que le rapport qualité prix était très bien la chambre est spacieuse, très propre et aucun bruit la nuit

Le personnel était très gentil

Pros:

Hotel was big, breakfast was good, plenty of food options within walking distance. Staff were nice. Souk was within 10 mins walk

Cons:

There was nightclub downstairs which was loud and music was until late at night. You could hear it in your room. Hotel could do with a refurbishment, decor is a bit old

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, EVERYTHING IS NEAR BY. ITS AN OLD STYLE BUT CLASSY. Decent break fast stuff were really amazing.

The receptionist Eunice was just outstanding. Her hospitality was amazing. Even if you dislike something she will cope up with her attitude and try to adjust everything at her level best. The best receptionist I must say.

It was a pleasant stay as there was good facility for the parking.
Pros:

The room was good and the staff was supportive. The receptionist was also very welcoming and the check in was quick and smooth.

Cons:

There was too much sound for the night up to 2 am as there was some stage program happening near the pool and it was very noisy. This part was a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

Die Lage nahe Zentrumsmitte - unweit von Geschäften, Bank, Post, Gaststätten und Basaren/Souks - ist optimal.
Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, doch es ist hier sauber und die Zimmer sind keine "Schließfächer", sondern sehr groß und mit den gediegenen Möbeln urgemütlich. täglich werden Wasserflaschen, Kaffee, Tee u. Zucker nachgefüllt.
Das Personal ist herzlich freundlich und hilfsbereit wie im arabischen Raum üblich. Das arabische Frühstück ist unser Ding: herzhaft und gesund - mit allem, was für den Start in den Tag nötig ist.

Cons:

Im Nachbargebäude befindet sich eine Bar, die bis 3.00 a. m. mit lauter Musik geöffnet hat. Meine Frau störte es, mich nicht, da ich immer Ohropax dabei habe.

Wonderful place and people
Pros:

The stay was great, the personnel is super helpful.
