Stayed for friday/saturday night. I had room 14. King bed. Overall, it was pretty quiet, but it did get loud on Friday/Saturday night. I would recommend this space for younger people or partiers. I never had an issue with noise. Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Had a fridge. My windows locked. The outdoor space is very cool. Everyone has a hammock, and there is a cool community area. I never had time to check it out, but overall, the space was beautiful, and yes, the cat gets very vocal at night if you run into it. My room was cool, fan worked well. Not sure if there was AC but I was never hot. Staff was not overly helpful (like, don't expect this to be like a Hyatt or Marriot) but they were still very pleasant and assisted me with little things I needed. I would stay here again.
Nitpicking, but it would have been great to have a full body mirror in the room. And I feel like water should be in the room as well. When I asked for water late at night, at first the receptionist said they didn't have any (even though there were whole cases stacked right behind me. He said they were for another hotel.) It wasn't that serious to me, but I went back to my room and a few minutes later, he knocked and brought two bottles of water which I was very thankful for!
Best location and we loved the “Mexican look” of it, cosy rather than the standard white, bright and having to go through crowds of people.
The hotel was peaceful and quiet with warm lights. Had a terrace which is very important for us also a very comfortable hammock with palms view 😍 Oh, how relaxing! We miss that!
The cleaning staff cleaned our room very well and the bedding was spotless! Thank you!

Personeel echt niet vriendelijk. Het ontbijt zou ik niet bijboeken je moet naar een ander hotel.minstens op 600 meter. Omslachtig met bonnen per dag gewerkt. Hier niet erg hygiënisch. We hadden kamer 10 bij de ingang veel omgevingslawaai.

Exelente ubicación. Cómoda pero sin ruido. Cama muy cómoda, al igual q el baño, heladería y caja fuerte funcional. Muy buen aire acondicionado y tele con Netflix. La limpieza es muy atenta.
El personal no es muy útil. Hice 2 pedidos muy básicos, pedí un cuchillo y otra tontería y no supieron resolverlo. Después ni me preocupe por consultarles.
The ac and hot water worked
The bar blast music until 4am. It was difficult to sleep even with ear plugs.
I asked for an extra towel and it never come. I ask for a blanket and they have none. I ask for beach towels and they have none.
The shower barely worked.
Plugs only on one side of the bed.
We spilled on the sheets and they wanted me to buy new sheets without even trying to clean then. We had to wash our own sheets and they came clean in the machine.
Exceptional.
Conveniently located just off Quinta Avenida, however, without the noise!

Check in is from 3pm, which they were a bit strict about, i.e. 1pm was too early, but I was able to leave my bags with the receptionist for those 2 hours and grab lunch, walk around a little bit, before getting the room. It's honestly not a big deal, just something to keep in mind if you're arriving early.
Great location less than 4min walk from the beach. Nice soft towels, quality natural shower gel products. Housekeeping came every day plus nice courtyard area outside the rooms.
No real communal areas or community feel
