Great place with the most friendly staff
Pros:

This place is really beautiful, the breakfast buffet is great, staff is extremely nice and willing to help/solve anything, location is perfect for balloon watching and for you to walk around the place.

Cons:

Bathroom towels can improve, aside from this, the rest was just perfect

Camera spaziosa, pulita e spettacolare. Struttura mozzafiato, non solo la terrazza.
Prenotazione dei tuor tramite loro… andati tutti perfettamente. Soggiorno che consiglio vivamente anche per la posizione.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in a great location with convenient parking nearby. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet. The terraces are absolutely beautiful and offer an amazing view of the hot air balloons in the morning. It's the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise and we also booked their photograph for a couple's photoshoot which was great !

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. Thank you to Meryem for her kindness.

An especially big thank you and special recognition to Deniz, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly kind, and provided excellent service. He took the time to chat with us, recommended great places and even prepared Turkish coffee for us after breakfast with such care. He is a special employee and truly deserves recognition for his great work and hospitality. He is a real asset to the hotel!

Cons:

The only small point I would mention is that our room was next to a sitting area where guests were smoking. Since we had our windows open to let in fresh air, the smoke unfortunately came directly into our room. It would be great to have a designated non-smoking area away from guest room windows.

Un séjour absolument magnifique en Cappadoce ! L’hôtel est tout simplement superbe, avec une vue imprenable sur les montgolfières au lever du soleil, un spectacle inoubliable. 🎈

La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et confortable, et le petit déjeuner était tout simplement délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité.

Un grand merci également au personnel, très agréable, chaleureux et accueillant, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Une adresse que je recommande à 100 % pour profiter pleinement de la magie de la Cappadoce ! ❤️✨

Our stay at Zara Cave Hotel in Cappadocia was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment we arrived, every single member of the staff was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Sam at reception gave us such a warm welcome and made everything feel effortless from the beginning.
And the breakfast is AMAZING! 🤩 A huge thank you to Deniz and Meryem from the kitchen, who were not only wonderful and friendly but also made every breakfast feel like a special experience.
The hotel itself is simply stunning. Every corner looks like it was designed for the perfect Instagram photo! 📸✨ Every light, piece of furniture, decorative detail, and architectural element has been carefully chosen and perfectly placed. The visual experience throughout the hotel is breathtaking.
We also had an incredible photoshoot on the rooftop with Enes, who was extremely professional, friendly, and talented. He made the entire experience so enjoyable and captured beautiful memories that we will treasure forever.
Another huge plus is that the hotel makes organizing your Cappadocia experience incredibly easy. They can arrange your tours and activities, and honestly, every experience is even better when organized through the hotel. Everything feels effortless and perfectly coordinated.
Our room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. The amenities provided made every second of our stay even more comfortable and special. You can truly feel the attention to detail in everything Zara Cave Hotel does.
After visiting many incredible places during our travels, we can honestly say that Zara Cave Hotel is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. ❤️

Thanks Sam for arranging all the reservations necessary to our Cappadocian adventures and Denis for the nice service during breakfast!

Cons:

Rooms are very nice and all but some of them (ours) are situated right between a SUPER LOUD (until 11pm) bar next door and a SUPER NOISY aircon unit from the adjacent room… which makes it quite difficult to find any sleep without ear plugs. A shame.
