1.早餐超級棒!!!有Kaymak還有Tahini(芝麻醬+糖蜜)抹麵包超級好吃，新鮮水果有看到無花果&草莓也很棒，員工會細心介紹餐點的部分，每天都很期待早餐!做完熱氣球還可以享用美味的早餐很棒!
2.兩人房地下室會比較暗，三樓房型會比較明亮，房間乾淨舒適
3.透過飯店訂熱氣球很方便，雖然兩天沒飛行被業者漲價，但多虧飯店幫忙讓我們最後一天可以搭到熱氣球心滿意足
4.地點方便，到鬧區餐廳步行都可以到

In Cappadocia, we stayed 5 nights at Zara Cave Hotel in a Fairy Chimney Room that sleeps 3. Their delicious full-spread Turkish breakfast was included, complete with made-to-order eggs and the BEST homemade Turkish Red Lentil Soup!!! Our wonderful breakfast host Deniz was the sunshine of our mornings, and we looked forward to seeing him everyday.

Zara Cave Hotel is located in the heart of Göreme. If you plan to visit Cappadocia, I highly recommend booking this hotel well enough in advance, as they only have 17 rooms and sell out quickly!

Be forewarned the Muslim call to prayer is very loud and can be heard no matter where you stay in the city, so don't be surprised by the 5am wake-up call. Just think of it as your alarm to get up and watch hot air balloons, which generally start going up around 6am, weather permitting. The property has several decorated terraces that are great for photoshoots, viewing the balloons, and enjoying a nightcap with friends!

We absolutely, LOVED this hotel!!!

Highly recommend: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Just mentioning for awareness, that there is a slightly steep driveway that leads up to the main level of the hotel, and there are also several flights of stairs to get to the different levels of the hotel. I don't believe there is an elevator, but this seems very common for the area.

The property is beautiful, well appointed, and clean. The breakfast everyday was excellent. Lots of variety and everything was fresh. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Deniz & Muslum. Would definitely stay at Zara Cave Hotel again. Highly recommend!

Could have been more light in the room, but other than that everything was wonderful.

A very nice stay with lovely people! Amazing view from the terrace
Pros:

We had a very nice 3-night stay at the Zara Cave Hotel! Especially the breakfast was a highlight where Deniz and Myriam did an incredible job letting us feel like home with delicious turkish pastries, specialities und coffee. Also the view over Göreme was great. The room 203 was very cozy and it was a unique experience to sleep in a cave room. We can highly recommend this hotel, also the proximity to the city center and walking distance to the open air museum or göreme panorama spot (only 20min walking).

Os funcionários são péssimos. Grosseiros, mal humorados e sem paciência com os hóspedes. Eu esqueci dois objetos pessoais que não me foram restituídos mesmo depois de várias reclamações.
