Amazing city amazing people. Definitely book it !
Pros:

Staff and location was amazing !! Specially Deniz and Meryem were so friendly and nice we were happy with reception as well. When we need something they helped straight away. Even we didn’t wait 5 minutes.

Lovely place to stay for amazing balloon experience.
Pros:

Close to lots of places to eat and shops. Nice patios to view balloons in the morning, we were lucky to have a balcony. Staff were very nice, breakfast was good. Great hair dryer and shower.

Cons:

Noisy music from next door hotel, but that isn’t hotels fault, but did go on until at least 1pm and if you trying to sleep for early ballon trip it’s annoying.

Pros:

This hotel sits in great location in Goreme. The rooms are very comfy and clean. The breakfast is awesome and the kitchen staff and breakfast service is very friendly. Also, hotel has 3 beautiful terraces that’s great for unwinding after a day of exploration, providing a clear view of the valley.

Friendly staff especially from the restaurant. Staff at the reception area arranged day tours and hot air balloons trip for us also we took transportation from the hotel from the airport both ways. Close to many restaurants

Quarto muito espaçoso, hotel maravailhoso, café da manhã bem variado, staff muito atencioso, particularmente Sr Deniz e Sra Meryenn, excepcionais. Vista do pôr do sol e da cidade de tirar o fôlego, áreas para descanso em vários níveis de terraço.

Cons:

A tv não funcionou no primeiro dias, mas foi solucionado no dia seguinte. Nada mais contra.

Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

Great hotel with excellent staff, good location. Would definitely stay there again. We organised a balloon tour and private tour through them which we enjoyed immensely. We were well looked after by all the staff and the tour guides and transfer service they arranged on our behalf. Their help and services made our stay for our family easy to enjoy.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm and attentive staff, especially Denis and Emre, to the beautiful premises. The lovely terraces were a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. We also appreciated the staff's help in arranging and booking a trip for us, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. Maybe not having parking and having to look for it, but it was not a huge inconvenience.
