Nice but stinks 🚬
Pros:

Nice comfortable room with plenty of space. It feels like a very nice hotel, but was actually one of the cheapest in the area.

Cons:

Although my room was a no smoking room, it smelled really badly of cigarette smoke. The smell would come and go, and I only noticed it once I got into bed. I think it was coming through the AC, so I guess people smoke by the AC units. Therefore I wouldn't stay here again, despite everything else being nice about the hotel.

Pros:

Overall, the building, room and service was ok except for the dripping noise from within the pipe
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was very simple with toast bread and jam, coffee and tea. Good gesture for the price. But we didn't have the breakfast there.

Cons:

There was a perpertual water dripping noise in our toilet and we suspected that it's from within the pipe because we checked that the taps were all shut tight. There is no way for us to remove the noise. Since we were only staying for 1 night, we didn't want to request to change room but it disturbed the whole night of our sleep. Please make sure you check your room properly before you turn in for the night to ensure undisturbed sleep.

The price is only justified by it's location.
Pros:

The bed was comfy, shower was functioning and the second room which we changed to was somewhat clean. The location is quite convenient if you're travelling to Singapore.

Cons:

The first room we were given smelled like urine after which we requested a room change, the room itself was small and cramped, staff socialising in the lobby (after hours), ironing board was shared and kept in the common corridor area.

一言难尽，无法入睡
Pros:

一点也不方便，楼下有个印度餐厅凌晨一两点还在播歌超级大声，房间里面都可以听到，一点都不隔音

Cons:

热水器的水开到完就很小很小水，不开完水就很大但是很冷
