Pros:

Все было супер, отель очень хороший, система все включено просто пушка. Территория чистая ухоженная, персонал дружелюбный. Заселение и выселение быстрое.

Cons:

Качество моря, его нужно чистить, после приливов и отливов очень много мусора. Кто любит купаться в море то увы.

Pros:

Phòng siêu rộng, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Có sảnh chờ tiếp đón VIP riêng cho khách nghỉ Villa và tiệc trà chiều ăn/ uống thoải mái từ 4h30 đến 6h30 (bao gồm bánh ngọt, trái cây và cả rượu vang). Buffet ăn sáng khá đa dạng lựa chọn và tương đối đầy đủ, ngon miệng, đồ ăn tươi mới. Các tiện ích trong khu vực cũng tương đối tốt (thể thao, gym, bể bơi vô cực, khu cho kids,...) Bãi biển tương đối sạch, không bị quá đông đúc. Tiện ích xe điện đi quanh các điểm đến và hỗ trợ y tế cũng hữu ích. Phục vụ tại phòng cũng rất ok.

Cons:

Phòng hơi gần khu vực nhiều cây cối nên rất nhiều dĩn (muỗi nhỏ) chui vào phòng. Đồ ăn phục vụ tại phòng cũng như đồ ăn tại 2 nhà hàng của khu vực (tôi mới chỉ thử ăn ở nhà hàng Muối - đồ Việt) không thực sự ngon và xứng đáng trình độ của nhà hàng khách sạn/resort 5 sao lắm so với chi phí đắt đỏ mà thực khách phải bỏ ra. Nếu có thêm máy giặt / sấy trong villa thì sẽ tốt hơn nữa. Nếu cải thiện được điều này sẽ tốt hơn rất nhiều.

I had high expectations for Meliá Ho Tram, especially given how the resort positions itself, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.

The problems started from check-in. The first room card we received didn’t work, so we had to return to get it replaced. More concerningly, the replacement card actually opened someone else’s occupied room. This is a serious security and privacy issue and honestly made us question how something like this could happen at a resort of this level.

We also booked partly based on the facilities advertised, but were disappointed to find that the sauna and steam room we expected were not available. The TV in the room was also extremely laggy to the point that it was barely usable.

What frustrated us most was not any single issue, but the overall handling of them. The staff seemed unsure about the property and its facilities, and there was a lack of confidence and professionalism in resolving the problems we encountered.

The resort itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, which makes the experience even more disappointing. At this price point and under the Meliá brand, I expected much better attention to detail, service standards, and especially room security.

Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to expectations and I would be hesitant to return unless the operational and service issues are properly addressed.
