Overall , we enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the location !
Pros:

It was a perfect location by the beach and some fun restaurants! The apartment was spacious and clean .The contact person ( liaison) was attentive and friendly! Thank you for providing beach towels .

Cons:

We had issues with the television in both the main living area and the bedroom .Directions to operate tvs/ remotes would be helpful .Also, some soft warm lightweight blankets should be provided .., as the bedding wasn’t very comfortable . Add a few cheery pictures and some colorful decorative pillows for finishing touches 😊… same with outside … add a few flowers around area to spruce it up ! Also in bathroom , need to replace toilet seat as it was chipped up ( bathroom had been nicely remodeled but that would have been the finishing piece ) .

If you want a very convenient beach and restaurant location, this is it!
Pros:

Great location! Convenient to the beach (you’re right on it), restaurants, and bars. Even with being in the center of the hub, it was very quiet inside the apartment.

Cons:

It’s pricey, but fairly competitive with surrounding properties.

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay at Anna Maria Island. The location was excellent, and everything we needed was within easy walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. The only issue we experienced was with the bed — the sheets came off every night, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, the proximity to everything and the overall location made for a very nice stay.

It was right next to public beach - only positive but unit was horrible it was disheartening upon arrival.

Cons:

We were completely tricked by the pictures online we did not have a balcony or windows! For a beach vacation, we expected ocean views from our room and instead had a room where we felt like we were trapped in a cave - opposite of a beach getaway. Our room did not have washer dryer as well. Uncomfortable beds, old facilities, We spent almost $400/ night when you add taxes and fees. Not worth it. We looked for other lodging as it was that terrible.

Best beach villa!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at the Alamada Villas. The communication with the owner was constant and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. Parking was a breeze—each guest has a reserved spot right on the beach, which made everything so convenient.

The property also has a heated pool, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable and spacious, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

The host also recommended a fantastic restaurant, which we really appreciated since we’re foodies.

Don’t think twice—book now! This place is truly a gem.

The location and access to the beach was perfect. Absolutely love Anna Maria Island and it's old Florida charm. The unit was clean and as expected from the description. Would stay here again.

Not a problem since our stay was off season but I think it would be very crowded during peak times. The location is right next to a public beach access that potentially would be overcrowded during peak season.
