Highly NOT recommended. No fan in the room, air ventilation was extremely poor, got ants on bed!

Cons:

I would highly NOT recommend this place. It's located at a quiet and secluded area (not in a good way), it looked pretty much like a haunted place. When we arrived, no other guest was around. The room was not clean, the bed sheet was not clean with visible stain. Most importantly, there was NO FAN at all, and the air ventilation was poor. It felt stuffy inside. One of the rooms we booked has ants on the bed. ON THE BED. How can anyone sleep with ants on the bed? Therefore, we had to abandon the rooms and switch to another hotel with additional costs at our ends. Can I please get my refund back?

Disappointing
Pros:

As we had tours booked for every day of this trip we did not stay much at the hotel, aside from in the evenings, it was fine.

Cons:

The staff there made my daughter and her friend feel uncomfortable, to the point of one of their friends following them into the mall where we were looking around.

Cons:

Room cleanliness and no water shower ...low pressure water. Most of local people heavy smokers

The room condition can be further improved.
Pros:

The room is spacious, the hotel is walking distance to Jam Gadang and tourist attractions, shopping areas and eateries. The receptionist was also helpful and very attentive to customer.

Cons:

Although the management tried to maintain its cleanliness, the hotel still lack of maintenance with old furniture, discolored chair, uneven tiles, and dusty floor.
