Un hotel exceptionnel
Pros:

Un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Les chambres sont très confortables l'accueil très professionnel et au petits soins, le petit déjeuner excellent bref,je recommende vivement cet hotel

Cons:

Seulement l'emplacement peu intéressant loin de la mer (rues bondees et polluées et que des petits restaurants de rue très bon marché)

Pros:

Location was ok, I like the design and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The hotel refused to provide an invoice because the booking was done through booking.com and they claimed booking.com does the invoicing, only it does not.

Perfecto para pernoctar cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Hotel muy bonito cerca del aeropuerto de Palu, disponen de suttle gratuito. Cabe destacar la comodidad de las habitaciones, especialmente de la cama. El desayuno es buffet y es muy completo. El personal muy amable.

Comfortable but...
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is well laid out and has given some thought to interior design.

Cons:

Small technical problems, glitchy WiFi and on and off hot water in the shower. But most importantly they refused to give either an invoice or even a receipt for payment. The explanation given was that they don't do that for online bookings. But neither does booking.com so if you need an invoice because of work travel you are out of luck.
