I had a very good stay overall. Getting there was a bit challenging because transportation on the island is quite expensive if you don’t rent a car. I relied on public transportation, which can be somewhat unreliable, and I also had to walk quite a bit. However, once I arrived, it was definitely worth it. The view is beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a private room. At first, I thought I would be sharing a room like in a hostel, but that wasn’t the case. Although the room was small, it felt comfortable and spacious enough. The property was clean, and having two shared bathrooms meant I never had any issues waiting to use one. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy essentials, as well as a pizza place. There’s also a small beach within walking distance, and I even walked to the center of Marigot to explore the area. The property has a few dogs, and they were very friendly. I love dogs, so I really enjoyed playing with them during my stay. The host was always helpful whenever I needed anything. This was the most affordable accommodation I found on the island, and I definitely think it offers great value for the price.

Un bon accueil mais beaucoup d'efforts à faire sur l'ensemble du logement, des personnes serviables cependant.

The small common outdoor area is nice. The hostel is right on the channel so you can watch boat traffic as it comes in from the bay to the lagoon. You can eat at the tables or have drinks on the concrete wall. There is even a hammock, perfect for watching sunsets. There is a communal kitchen or just next store is pizza chef (but we did not try it). The 2 dogs on the property are super friendly .

J'ai vraiment adoré le quai où on pouvait s'asseoir et regarder les bateaux passer, faire de nouvelles rencontres, la vue était vraiment charmante. C'est un endroit très simple, mais parfait. J'ai aussi eu un coup de coeur pour les deux chiens, tellement adorable! Si je devais revenir à Saint-Martin, je reviendrai vivre là sans aucune hésitation.

Basic traditional style hostel, cheap and clean and looked after by staff and other guests. Met other travellers and exchanged stories.

I liked the view of the patio, and the staff was kind.

The owner, Michael, is extremely accommodating. He is very knowledgeable about the Island and how to get around. My room was clean, the sheets seemed starched, with clean pillow cases. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats float by. The people there are nice, as well.

Pessoal bem querido e acolhedor , localização do hostel próximo ao mar é maravilhoso ficar vendo os barcos passando , vendo o pôr do sol na varanda . Amei tudo , super indico.
