Make sure you have breakfast in main tower as North tower breakfast isn’t worth having.
Pros:

Location just across the road to the station with many restaurants and shops around the hotel.
Excellent customer services from reception staff.

Cons:

Breakfast in the North Tower or rather lack of it.

If I return to Tokyo in the future, I will choose the Shinagawa Prince Hotel.
Pros:

Conveniently located (Shinagawa Station), 7Eleven. Hotel staff knowledgeable and polite.

Cons:

Very small room for two with luggage initially, but hotel graciously gave us a larger room for which we paid the difference, but it was worth it.
