It’s very close to the train station

A great jumping off place to start a trip to Japan. Business lounge and staff are very welcoming.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was very convenient - a short walk from Shinigawa station, which is very convenient, esp. to Haneda (if you get the right train) most points south, and most other major stations. Breakfast was very good. Business lounge is a nice place to relax, and get some beverages during the day and evening, if you have and want some quiet time.

Cons:

For some reason, N Tower rooms have an elevated bathroom, which I find inconvenient, if not dangerous (I had to use my walking stick to keep my balance going in and out of restroom). Also, the shower curtains are so thin that water will splash onto the floor of the restroom. That being said, each room does have its own restroom, so that offers privacy.
