Very pleasant family members to deal with. They are very kind, flexible and helpful.

I liked the location close to the beach and many restaurants. The sea breezes are nice from the balcony.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is reasonably priced in a decent location. If that is what you are looking for, you will like this hotel.

We appreciate the hospitality of the owners with a personal touch. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our room with a balcony was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a short walk to both private and public beaches. There are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Parking is available as well. Public transportation is a nearby. Overall hotel and the surrounding areas are walkable and feel very safe any time of the day. We would definitely return for our next trip, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Durres.

hyggelig lejlighed med 2 soveværelser og stor stue, tæt ved vandet og med hele 3 balkoner, hvoraf en har havudsigt. Myggenet for vinduer og døre, tæt på vandet, hotellet har egen strand. Der er masser af restauranter/cafeer/supermarkeder i nærheden. Vi mødte den sødeste vært, hver gang vi kom hjem eller gik ud, altid smilende, gæstfri og hjælpsom. Der var personlig betjening 24/7. Også kommunikationen på email via booking.com, som datteren stod for, fungerede fantastisk. Der blev svaret hurtigt og givet gode tips og anbefalinger. Jeg vil varmt anbefale Hotel Vila Emet.

The hotel is in excellent location close to the beach, there's a lot of restaurants,cafe and supermarket in the area. There's also a bus stop near the hotel if you are travelling by public transport. The room is spacious and clean. The highlight of my stay in Vila Emes is the host/Owner Sabhan who always greet you with a smile, very kind and welcoming. I also met his daughter who is equally nice. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

Perfect location, clean and modern room with a balcony. Super friendly and polite host who allowed us a check-in at 3am and even did a room tour :)

a 100 metri dalla spiaggia, intorno all’albergo pasticcerie ristoranti e negozi. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto premuroso, ottima esperienza, ci tornerò e soprattutto lo consiglio

The location was near the beach! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very nice with all the filtration. And most important the management and especially the manager was wery polite and kind. I recommend to every turist who visit Durres and Albania.

Siamo quattro italiani in vacanza e abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura, gestita da un signore veramente tanto carino e gentile. Prezzo davvero onesto per il tipo di servizio. Le stanze sono dotate di frigo e condizionatore. Set di cortesia presente, pulizia impeccabile. L'arredamento delle stanze é molto semplice e umile, ma di sicuro non inciderà sulla vostra permanenza, perché tutto il resto sarà eccezionale.
Posizione vicinissima al mare, in un lungo viale pieno di negozi.
Colazione non inclusa, ma proprio sotto l'hotel troverete una buona pasticceria dove servono anche Cappuccino ed ottimo espresso.
