Pros:

Fui a San Felipe por cuestiones de trabajo, a lo cual fue el único hotel disponible por la plataforma y nunca pude dormir, les permiten a los huéspedes tener la música a todo volumen y no dejaron descansar, pésimo servicio

Pros:

This a very old building.some rooms smelled musty and damp
The hotel was a $50 one but the price was $75, overpriced for the quality
Doubt would stay again unless there was no other option

The front desk person was nice.
The place is very close to the beach.
The problem was that my name wasn't on the list for a reservation a got a room because I was lucky.
I was not able to use my credit card.

Lady at the Front desk nice and caring. Also Housekeeper Maria is very caring. I would go back and also refer more people to stay the night.

Staff were helpful.
However there was so much noise we couldnt sleep. Rooms need alot of help for the price they charged.

Pros:

The location is good as far as proximity to restaurants, shops and the malecon. It is also relatively quiet at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful but the room was in poor condition. The peeling ceiling paint was falling on me while showering. The toilet valve was sticking so it wouldn't refill after a flush. There was a small desk but no chair. The sheets were that sateen, polyester material that is terrible to sleep on. There was no blanket or bedspread - just the top sheet. Three stars is generous.

Pros:

Worst place I have stayed in Mexico and the price was ridiculous. MX$2370.= Cdn$165.90 and it wasn’t worth even $40.00 per night. Would never stay there again.

Pros:

The lady running this place is extremely professional. Everything is super clean and smells nice. The office too. She told me that the front desk is 24 hours and she meant it. There is always someone there.

Some may find the rooms to be Spartan, but please, consider the room you would have for that price in Seattle, or Minneapolis, etc.

You have a nice, clean room in a safe area. Simple walk to shopping and the beach.

Cement beds don't squeak.
