Location is near to haram like hardly 8-10 minutes of walk
Staff is cooperative

Cons:

I reached before checkin time but they were not able to accomodate me before the checkin time . They tried their best but they also seems helpless .

If the would have done this for me , than there was nothing better than this hotel

المكان نظيف وقريب من الحرم مشي 12 دقيقة

السراير ضيقة واستقبال الفجر سيء جدا صارت للاهل مشكلة ولع فيش المكيف نار قبل الفجر والاستقبال مايرد من 3 الفجر الى 8 الصبح الين جت موظفة الاستقبال الثانية وردوا والمكيف كان طافي طول الوقت وريحة الحرق للفيش قوية وكان صعب للاهل ينزلون بوقتها

The hotel was overall very good. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and suitable for our family stay. The staff were polite and helpful, and my brother and cousin had a pleasant experience.

Cons:

The only downside was the parking fee. We paid SAR 742 for three rooms, but an additional charge of SAR 75 per night was required for parking. It would have been better if parking had been included in the room rate or offered at a lower cost.

Best place if you want perform umrah. Very clean, near to masjid al haram it is kids friendly hotel

Cons:

The reception stuff is not acting in professional manner, but still okay
They should learn how to treat/talk to guest
