Lovely and attentive staff, clean and good location
Thank you for service
Very cool
I love the front desk staff as they were accommodating and welcoming eveytime.
I disliked the internet the most as it is more unavailable most of the days I had stayed.
The hotel and the rooms were decent. There was also a large parking area, which was convenient.
The main issue was that this was the first hotel that refused to accept a Canadian driver’s license as an ID. This was a very unpleasant surprise and felt quite unusual for a hotel in the United States.
Additionally, the address/location was confusing — the navigation directed us to a different spot, which made the hotel difficult to find.
The staff accommodated me the best they could and even gave me an upgraded room at no extra charge. They were helpful and cooperative. The rates were very good. After writing my review, the general manager contacted me and assured me they would improve things.
In three nights I was in 3 rooms. The first was the bad. The room had no place to put the soap in the shower. I took soap from the bathroom sink and left it on the shower floor. There was no place for the toilet paper. I left that on the floor in front of the toilet after taking it from a shelf. There was no place to hang a wet towel. I hung it on a cabinet handle. Overnight, I found a cockroach on the floor. The next morning I explained to the front desk the problems. I asked how they could assign a room like this when the hotel was advertised as newly remodeled. The attendant said some of the rooms were not finished. To the hotel's credit they assigned to a suite for the second night. After finding a cockroach in that room overnight also, they assigned me a different suite on the third night.
Spotless room, quiet, great staff. Even the other guests were great.

did try it...
I had a damaged appliance? and the intent was slow, and I did not like my location upstairs, but the staff did there best to make sure my stay was okay.
It was a decent motel that started at $50/night, but within a couple of weeks it went up to $120/night. I think the lower price lures you in(bate), then they slowly raise the rate. If you know your length of stay(we didn’t) book the whole stay off the bat. Also, I worked while staying there and sleep varied different hours, housekeeping is a bit bothersome, they bang on the door, every day at various times, and if you aren’t at the door within a second(despite yelling out “hold on”) they are opening the door trying to come in. After staying 4-weeks you figured they would learn, but after 1-second that door comes open. You can be in the shower, sleeping or on the toilet and Maria the maid is coming in “hola!” Hello, I am taking a dump! Also, bring your own FireStick or some other video media device(we happened to have one) to plug into the TV USB otherwise you watch static. The WiFi is not the best and cuts out for a minute or so(seems like at the worst time) every hour or two. Then you have to navigate back through the FireStick to resume your video. Not a major problem, just aggravating. Check your TV before settling in to see if it’s video or static. Also, super tiny fridge, no separate freezer area. A two-liter bottle won’t stand up inside. It’s the tiniest fridge I have ever seen, even for a motel.
Make do not disturb signs available. Baby fridge. Bought a cooler and had to get ice from the front desk every 12-hours.
Everything was in good order there. I just have one complain about the $75 hold they do on your card. Its been a week and still no refund yet.
