They seem desperate to take your money but are not interested after they receive it
Pros:

Our room overlooked the pool which was nice

Cons:

They charged me a $75 deposit and I did not get it back and have called repeatedly with no luck so I emailed them and they replied I got it back which is a lie! I did not receive it back

De vriendelijke receptioniste.

Cons:

Dat je bij aankomst ineens een resort fee moest betalen. Wij kwamen laat aan en gingen vroeg weg. Wij zouden geen gebruik maken van de faciliteiten. Er wordt geadverteerd met gratis parkeren, gratis wifi, gratis zwembad. Maar uiteindelijk moet je er dus voor betalen.
Maak de prijs simpelweg wat duurder zodat er geen achteraf kosten zijn. Het voelt niet prettig om bij aankomst meteen de portemonnee te moeten trekken.

My stay was pleasant.
Pros:

There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, but the staff helped me resolve it quickly and achieve the best possible outcome. The room was clean, the Wifi worked great, and the bed was comfortable.
