enjoyable stay
Pros:

really enjoyed my stay, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
EBI (even better if) there could be sweetener in the bedrooms for a hot drink.
Also I would have had the paella and eaten in the hotel had I been told I could have ordered for one

High quality hotel in ideal location. Lovely breakfast and great staff
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Ideal location for our event. Attentive staff - and lovely room.

Cons:

Very limited parking - could not park there until lunch guests had left.
One towel had one small dirty mark and shower door wouldn’t shut so bathroom floor flooded.

Pros:

Room and hotel were excellent, we didn't eat at the hotel (we were given a voucher for 10% off either at Gon and Sangria or Gin and Sake restaurant that the hotel own) but the breakfast choice was excellent and tasted great

Cons:

Lights were not on in the morning in the corridor from our room to the lift....making it a bit dark too see

Cons:

Poor check was given a room key and told where the room was, no introduction to hotel, room wasn't serviced to a high standard on one day of my stay, also the hotel bar and restaurant closed on Sunday at 5pm leaving us now where to eat or drink for the evening

A vcery quick stay but the restaurant and room were very good.
Pros:

The breakfast was very tasty and I liked the Spanish version. We also had dinner there which was also super tasty. The chef cooks all the sauces from scratch and you can tell.

Cons:

The building is listed so there can't be double glazing but it would be good if there was a double layer of sound insulation as the noise from the road and other guests outside was audible.

Excellent hotel and location
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Good sized bathroom with walk in shower.
Dining room service friendly and efficient on both breakfast and dinner servings.

This place is a gem, we wouldn`t hesitate to book when visiting the area again.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance to the main street, shops bars etc so no need to use the car. The Breakfast menu had a lot of options/choices (some Spanish themed) which was fantastic for us, something different
to the usual offerings of full English (or Welsh), all staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble, the food was excellent, would have definitely tried the restaurant for an evening meal if it had been open.

Cons:

Unfortunately the evening restaurant & bar wasn`t open during the time of our stay,

Pros:

Beautiful location, nice staff and rooms were clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was amazing inc of the price. I have the scrambled egg with smoked salmon, my partner had the vegetarian selection.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely Christmas atmosphere and friendly staff.
Pros:

Modern, clean lovely deep bath and large bathroom.
Comfortable big double bed
Nice big wardrobe with a kettle to make coffee and tea.
Lovely restaurant really enjoyed the breakfast
Lovely view from the window we could see the Christmas tree

Comfortable and clean and a great restaurant. Lovely staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous, well presented and very tasty. The staff were very helpful and gave me breakfast slightly early because I had to leave for work.
I ate in the restaurant which was really good.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all great.
