Great stay for one night!
Pros:

The staff were all incredible friendly and accommodating. The room was stunning and exceeded my expectations. They fit me in for dinner even though they were really busy and booked up. The reception manager also arranged for the chef to make my breakfast earlier than it is served on Sundays, as I had to leave by 8:15 for a long day. Everyone was really accommodating and the hotel over all was great!

Cons:

There’s only three parking spaces, I got parked fine and I don’t know if this is ever a problem for the hotel. There was a music night that was on the evening that I stayed, the music went on until 11pm which I felt was quite late when staying at a hotel. I struggled to get to sleep because of how loud it was. That would be my only real complaint, I’m sure these things don’t happen all the time but it did affect how I slept.

Pros:

Bathroom was great. lounge area was very nice and cozy and the outdoor seating area was nice and relaxing.

Cons:

TV apps didn't work just kept saying connectionand never worked, asked the staff and they said they should be working but no idea why not but to turn off by the wall plug and back on which never worked. shower kept going off every now and again throughout the night for the odd second but woke us up on multiple occasions.

Perfect for visiting family who live nearby. Will stay again.

Excellent variety of breakfast options, large portions too.
Great location in the centre of town.
Lovely cosy bar.

The bathrobe was really tiny - maybe shrunk in the wash?

Pros:

Lovely property, comfortable bed with quality bedding. Great breakfast.

It was very cold weather the night I stayed. The room was cold and took some time to heat up as the heating hadn’t been put on.
