A Pleasent stay in Sunport Hotel Cyprus that was a bit mix .
Pros:

The property has a nice location near to center (almost 10 min with Taxi). The swimming pool and Beach are included so you have access to it until 7 or 8pm which was the best thing through our stay. You can also enjoy your tan next to the beach as it super nice and weather super good . Also the room has both sea and swimming pool view so it’s really nice that you got awake to it every morning. The staff were welcoming and nice from reception to House keeping to restaurant employees we appreciate that fully.

Cons:

Unfortunately we did not like that the room is super small . We got to stay 3 persons in the room and it was super small . The hotel also is a bit old and requires renovations especially the rooms . The bathroom door was broken from our checkin, mini bar does not work , Ac also it is not function. Very strong sewage smell in bathroom especially after taking shower. We actually did not report that because we did not want to complaint or whatever but I guess they need to do a bit of maintenance for rooms.
The breakfast was included in our stay however it is quite similar everyday and quality is not that much great but you can still eat for sure . Appreciate that staff asked us if we needed anything he also offered for us a free omelette on the last day .

I liked the location and beach water was very clear and nice views.

Cons:

The sun loungers at both side of the beach areas were very low quality. Not all had the cushion. We had to clean them ourselves. Litter on the sand. We had to wait to get towels from reception. The bathroom in the room released a sewage smell. The restaurant had nothing available from the menu they had only burgers and toast even tho the menu was big. At breakfast the service was bad we had to ask for everything even though putting plates forks and knives is the bare minimum. We shouldn’t ask for those things. We got comment from the lady working in the restaurant you should ask me or you should tell me which is rude since it is already expected for her to have those things ready. The food at breakfast was quite bad not many options and no drink options, the fruit looked old. For the price we paid for one night of the hotel should have offered them more in terms of service and quality. We were very disappointed. The man at the reception was very friendly and was working hard.

Tekrar tercih edilebilecek bir tesis
Pros:

Otelin konumu gerçekten denize sıfır ve önünde bir mendireğin iki tarafında bulunan kumsallar rüzgar nereden eserse essin denize girmenizi kolaylaştırıyor. Odaların tamamı deniz görüyor. Bahçede yeterli denilebilecek büyüklükte bir havuz da var. Bu açılardan yaz tatili yapmayı düşünenler için kesinlikle tavsiye edilebilir. Kahvaltı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Özetle tekrar Kıbrıs'a gidersek kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir tesis.

Cons:

Otel yeniden yapılanma sürecinde ve bu süreçte de yöneticilik görevini üstlenen Bertuğ Bey'e teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Bizimle hem çok ilgilendi, hem de her konuda yardımcı oldu. Tesisin yenilenme sürecinden kaynaklanan bazı eksiklikleri olsa da yakın zamanda giderilecek gibi gözüküyordu. Biz genel olarak tesisten memnun kaldık.

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, in particolare la giovane e gentilissima Didi. Il buffet della colazione con varietà giornaliere e prodotti di qualità. La posizione della camera. La camera ampia , la presenza del frigorifero ed il servizio di pulizia giornaliera. Il servizio di consegna bevande fino in spiaggia.

Cons:

La disorganizzazione e la cena alla carte nel ristorante annesso all'hotel. La mancanza di una presa elettrica in toilette. L'anta dell'armadio rotta. La carta chiave che si smagnetizza ogni tre giorni. La SPA non in funzione.
