The location on page has been shown near Minara Masjid, however the hotel is app one km away from Minara Masjid going through stinky inner lanes
The room which was provided to me was having stinky smell which i complained to the staff, In reply they stated that the room was closed from some days
Complaint Regarding Hotel Booking Experience on 14th July 2024
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking experience made via Booking.com.
On 14th July 2024, I booked a hotel for 1.5 days at a displayed charge of 2800 Rs. However, upon arrival, I was charged 2800 Rs for only one night. I was traveling with my family, and this discrepancy caused significant inconvenience.
Furthermore, the reception staff treated me very poorly during this time. Despite my attempts to discuss the matter, they were uncooperative and informed me that no discount would be provided. To make matters worse, at approximately 11:00 PM, the staff told me to find another hotel, reiterating that no discount would be given.
This experience left me feeling very distressed and dissatisfied. I had already made the payment but felt deeply uncomfortable and mistreated.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to be taken to address the poor service and incorrect charges. I also seek a refund for the overcharged amount and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Poor Treatment by Reception Staff: The staff at the reception were very uncooperative and spoke to me rudely. This was particularly distressing as I was with my family.
Lack of Discount or Compensation: Despite the inconvenience and the incorrect charges, the staff refused to offer any discount or compensation.
Inconvenience Late at Night: At approximately 11:00 PM, the staff suggested that I find another hotel, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional.
These issues collectively made the experience very unpleasant and stressful for me and my family.
I hope you can address these concerns promptly and take the necessary actions to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.
