Comfort , home from home . The best stay in Kenya.
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have stayed at because the suites offer flexibility with its own kitchen and dining area. The facilities offer swimming pools and gym, also a restaurant. The staff serve with a smile and everything is accommodated, including courtesy cars to the village outlet ! Amazing place, I will definitely be booking their facilities in the future.

The facilities are great. Staff need further training. Breakfast needs work.
Pros:

Pool on the roof was heated and lovely. Room was lovely, good size and quiet. Dinning area and aspect was great. The free shuttle taxi to local shopping centre was great.

Cons:

Ground floor pool was cold. Available black coffee at breakfast was awful. Machine coffee was charged extra. Breakfast selection and range was disappointing. only available toast spread was marmalade?

Highly Recommend for Comfort and Service"
Pros:

Trademark Suites was exactly as shown in the images. The service was outstanding, and the staff were helpful, responsive, and friendly across the entire team — from reception, restaurant, transport, housekeeping, and security. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. I will definitely be staying at Trademark Suites again and highly recommend it to others.

Cons:

I have no negative feedback, though I feel a full-length mirror in the room would be a great addition.

Excellent facility with fantastic staff!
Pros:

Spacious, clean rooms with nice decor. Easy access to the facility shuttle to get to town, shops, and my work meetings. Breakfast was very good with healthy options. I also appreciated having access to a gym.

Cons:

Lack of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
