Location was the best thing.

Cons:

Our room was right next to a stairwell with metal stairs and there were tradies going up and down dragging their tools from early hours of the morning.. when we asked to move us to another room the hotel facilitated that, however it was a much smaller room than the one we booked but we did not get a refund of the difference…. Apparently all rooms are the same price but different sizes and room facilities

Perfect location, great facilities!
Pros:

Thankfully following the first night, we were moved to the room we booked. Not sure why we weren't in there the first night. Anyway, once we had the room we paid for it was great.

Will definitely be staying at this hotel again, so awesome being able to stay right on the water.
Pros:

Location was amazing, we love that area around Walsh Bay. Our room was divine, having the Juliet balcony was great and being able to open the window for fresh air was the best.

Cons:

It's great you have free to air TV but we would also like to have free to air radio channels so we can listen to news or music.
