Location was great! Staff were very friendly, efficient, helpful and very well mannered. Loved our water view. Lots of room. Sunset drinks and nibbles were fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room 355 and 352 faced the side of the Bridge which want that interesting. Room 352 was small and had no draw space.
The room was fabulous with a great view. Close enough to walk to public transport and great cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful. In room dining was delicious.
That we weren’t able to stay longer - but that was our restriction not Pier Ones.
