Great rooms beautifully located on Sydney Harbour. Great staff and an easy check in process. When they realised it was my birthday they sent me a slice of cake! Little things like that make a stay.

Not a bad place to stay Harbourside in a part of the city I didn’t know well, but I’ve had better value elsewhere
Pros:

Nice ambiance in the bar and restaurant.

Cons:

The post purchase upgrade to a ‘bridgeview room’ was very disappointing… an 800 mm wide dirty window through which a pylon could be seen. The room itself was pretty underwhelming.

Wonderful birthday retreat
Pros:

The location was obviously fantastic, can’t get any closer to the water unless you jumped in.

The team organised a special birthday treat upon arrival in the room - wine + birthday cake, a really fantastic touch that exceeded expectations.

The bar and restaurant staff were really lovely and accomodating and concierge were helpful.

Cons:

The only thing we’d say is for the price you pay, the rooms are quite small and seem dated. The view and the service from staff were great though.

Room was as expected. Location excellent and as expected.

Cons:

Bar staff could have been friendlier. Food in restaurant was disappointing compared to the usual excellent standard in and around Sydney. I was quite surprised by this.

Cons:

Seemed understaffed. Couldn’t get me into my room until 1700 with me really pushing though they kept promising to let me know when the room was ready. Then they didn’t deliver my bag until I had to ask a few times. They did their best to accommodate and give free drinks etc but for a hotel of that calibre you’d hope it wouldn’t come to that.
