Self check-in coliving Vilnius

Visų pirma ilgai laukiau įsiregistravimo, nes pastoviai vis pranešdabo kad kambarys nesutvarkytas, griuvo visi planai. Įsiregistruoti turėjome 15h, įsitegistravome tik 17h. Vykome iš Klaipėdos. Kambaryje po tokio ilgo laukimo nebuvo net tualetinio popieriaus, stiklines purvinos, ploviau ir negera pasidarydavo.

Key card system for the room and security issues - there were room key card coordination mistakes which led to a housekeeping staff mistakenly entering my room and then another guest wrongly entering my room because they were mistakenly assigned to my room (if I had not been in the room, they could have just moved in), and the next day my key card not working. To their credit this was all fixed quickly once I called the staff member and they were professional and apologetic about it, which I appreciated.
In-room amenities could be better - Bedsheet did not really fit the sofa bed; the kitchen could benefit from having a cooking spatula, cutting board and kettle; dishwashing liquid and sponges could have been provided in addition to hand soap in the bathroom. Musty smell in the room even with windows opened daily for ventilation (had to get air freshener after a while)

Трішки грязно, але терпимо. Є кілька незначних поломок: ручка двері ванної кімнати, сифон в раковині в ванній забитий, змішувач погано закріплений

Las zonas comunes estaban asquerosas, en la cocina todo estaba sucio y pegajoso, la zona de la sauna estaba con botellas vacías de alcohol y vomito.
No tiene ascensor!
El hotel o lo que sea que es sigue en obras, así que constantemente ves obreros trabajando.
No hay ninguna iluminación por la noche en la entrada del alojamiento, lo que hace muy difícil encontrarlo por la noche, en nuestro caso nuestro vuelo era de tarde-noche, así que llegamos al lugar a las 23:15, no había ninguna indicación para entrar y cuando al final lo encontramos no veíamos donde podíamos coger la tarjeta para abrir la puerta de entrada(por cierto, el establecimiento no tiene personal en ningún momento) así que llamamos al teléfono que nos aparecía, entonces nos dijeron que ahora nos abriría alguien, al final mientras seguíamos esperando encontramos la tarjeta y entramos, no sabíamos si con esa tarjeta podríamos abrir la puerta de nuestra habitación así que fuimos a comprobarlo, mientras estábamos subiendo nos llaman al teléfono y nos preguntan dónde estamos, les decimos que acabamos de entrar, nos dicen que SI VOLVEMOS A NECESITAR ALGO QUE NO LES LLAMEMOS PORQUE NO NOS PIENSAN AYUDAR!!!! Nosotros en todo momento fuimos amables y educados, nos quedamos alucinando con el trato recibido, pero como nunca hay personal tampoco tienes a quien quejarte.

The sofa/bed had a huge stain. Pillows were very soft, but some people like them this way. No hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. A member of staff woke us up and entered our room in the morning by mistake which was not a very pleasant surprise.
