Pros:

The location of this property was great, next to the beach.
Rooms was clean enough considering how poor the hotel looked.
Had free parking too which helped a lot.

Cons:

The hotel is archaic , the state of the building and the whole facility needs a lot of job. The stair lift could fit max of 2. And looks like it’s been there since 1800, considering the age of this building , there should be a great deal of refurb done as I think this hotel has potentials and would make a lot of money if looked after.
The room we stayed in, was a good size however, lack of fresh air and there was a 24hrs heating piping passing through the room which heated up the room without the heater turned on. This was open and could be a hazard for a child and a potential fire hazard as there’s a wooden table right next to it. The fire alarm went off at 12am, my family panicked and was heading for evacuation with a 8weeks old baby.

There was availability. The receptionist was nice. The lift was cool.

Cons:

Cold shower, bed mattress uneven, not so clean. Short fire alarm in the middle of the night.
