Great location, been there before handful of times but this time everything went left
Pros:

Been there couple times before and i had no complaints. Nice hotel, Great view

Cons:

Was tired, just wanted to rest as soon as i checked in but This time that i went, room was cold, no heating, protable heater didnt work. I asked for a spare blanket and was told that they ran out of them, Well i know that wasnt true.. They guy tried giving me a thing bed sheet cover to use it as a blanket overnight WOW.

Fantastic and beautiful hotel staff wonderful hospitality at its best.
Pros:

The room Sea views then the walking shower nice and clean room.
Entertainment really good and uplifting very friendly staff .

Cons:

I feel that accessibility to the pier on the lower level would be a much beneficial addition.
This is for disabled and elderly people.
The pier has lots of shops just to far to walk round .
When you have doors that would well accommodate and benefit everyone.
Maybe in the future look at this would it would be a benefit to your hotel and customers would be overwhelmed and happy 🤩🤩🤩.

Enjoyed our stay but definitely updating required .
Pros:

Breakfast excellent . friendly staff and service very good

Cons:

Hotel needed updating bathroom in poor condition toilet handle working but very loose . no cleaner for bathroom .

The view

Cons:

The room. Hard mattres and pillows. 3 coat hangers for 2 people. Ladies toilet 4 out of 5 down stairs blocked and the only one with paper. Towels like sand paper. Very surprised to see dust on reception desk by computer that should have put me of straight away. TV aril on chair .only lights were on the head board of the bed .

Disappointing
Pros:

Shower not fit for purpose we left after one night I could show you pictures of our room then I think you would understand

Don’t think I would stay there again

Very disappointing and certainly will not be going back

Parking a nightmare
Room was really poor
Very crammed , bathroom needed a total refit
Water turned off on morning of departure so no chance to have shower
Stairs and corridor to room dirty and unclean
Noisy fan in bathroom, vanity light did not work properly. Door to the room did not open fully and got stuck in carpet only opening half way.

Great Location. Tired tatty exterior.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
The staff weren’t helpful when we had water dripping through our ceiling from the room above.
A male guest asked my 13yr old daughter if she knew where he could get drugs locally….

Wonderful
Pros:

Located beside the coast, this historic hotel offers lovely views from my window despite my non-sea-view booking. Seagulls and the Ferris wheel are visible every time I look out. Online reviews left me with low hopes at first, yet my actual experience far exceeded expectations; it’s fantastic value for money.
