Weather was cold coz I was staying in starting of feb and heating system in the room was not working and I complain about it they said it will be sorted till you came back to your room evening and when we came it wasn’t sorted and we complain again and second time reception person was different this time and it act and talk we are lying about it but finally she send someone to look for it and didn’t sorted the heating so theye decide to change the room ….. but whole night I was in half cold as I found electric radiator in corridor I took in my room

We paid 40 pound extra to get the sea view and shifted with premium room but that room had a tv but no Netflix no intelligent AI nothing not even YouTube crap …. And letter on we were shifted to another room not premier but it’s was lot better more sea view clearance and tidy small room but lot better then premier one worse premier ever and 40 pound gone
Loved the views from room, very comfortable bed, could not fault it, breakfast was very good. The room was big enough.
Nothing
The staff are super friendly and professional
Nothing
Good
Good
Staff, food public areas
Bedrooms shabby, beds pillows poor
The view was amazing and everything I had hoped for, seeing the sweep of the bay and the tide come in and out from the seaview room was, for me, worth the poor room for one night only. I would never stay here again though.
People congregated at the entrance, staff included, to smoke and this meant walking through a cloud of smoke every time you entered and left the hotel. The place was shabby, armchairs were broken in the lounge. The room itself was tired, the bed was so poor it gave us both sciatica, only one pillow each was provided and it took nearly 2 hours for the staff to bring up some more. The main light only worked when you switched it halfway on and the TV was from the ark. The room was nothing like the pictures. A travelodge is far superior to this hotel. A shame as it's such a historic building and focal point for the resort.
The room was spacious an comfortable, bath an shower excellent. I had a balcony that was usable . Very warm . All good
No fault of the hotel but renovation work goin in alday outside ,abit disturbing . Really
Room
Coffee on walls door to balcony hard to close
Our stay at the hotel was great, room was clean and warm with a lovely sea view
The hotel still needs updating, which is in progress
Nothing
First message I received off them was a we don't accept cash one not even a greeting and thanks for the booking straight away to cash talk horrible first message. Second hotel is classed as pet friendly what they don't tell you is they charge £10 a night for dog and ask for £50 deposit also, your dog is not allowed anywhere in the hotel cept the room that's not pet friendly at all so with that in mind I DIDNT EVEN GO!! And I'm a local no wonder place has awful reputation.
The friendly staff and location
It was freezing in the ballroom no heating for the bingo. Also dogs are not aloud in any area other than the bedrooms. How is this dog friendly?
Great Price. Very Clean Room
Everything Was Fine
The room was nice
The guiness, bar staff miserable, dogs not allowed in bar, full English breakfast tasted strange, entertainment hilariously bad, like phoenix nights haha was that bad we enjoyed it and might return just for that.
Clean warm comfy room
The food could have been better
