The poor accommodation given on arrival.
The staff were excellent in proviing a room that was acceptable.
- The entertainment downstairs in the big room was amazing, especially Cinamatique.
- The room was very good with comfy beds, a good amount of teas/coffees, sugar and milks.
- The view from the room was cool, we could see the beach, wheel and pier.
- Was able to get a room after having to leave another hotel (Ashfields).
- Could've had a small fridge in the room, since we have had fridges in other rooms prior.
The TV and the electric sockets for the kettle were not working in one of the rooms.
The shower was very tiny.
Seeing staff and some hotel guests by the entrance smoking that did not give a good impression for starters.
Bar staff made us feel very welcome. Especially the main man with beard behind the bar. Children enjoyed the entertainment also. One of ladies really looked after our grandson s and got them food they liked
Having to wait for extra food to be brought out . Then eas told there was none left

Nothing very run down hotel
The room we paid for we didn't get offered. Very run down rooms. 2nd room we got offered smelt of urine..we didn't stay there refused to . asked for a full refund. The staff told us to email and we would get a full refund the next day. We still haven't herd anything 5 days later. Would never go near that place again

The hotel location is amazing, the room was clean and spacious enough, the breakfast was lovely.
The check in is @3.00 pm, would be helpful for early check in. Check out was 10.00 o'clock, a bit early in my opinion.
If think staff are amazing especially entertainment team kyle katie kian Scott and Carmen excellent at what they do and paul from reception made us all feel welcome
The room offered us everything we needed. The beds are great and we have always enjoyed our visit to the hotel. Very easy to get to and fro the room. A great breakfast to us a great start for the day.
Nothing to think of. If I tried my best I could make a list but that is not in keeping with the reason for choosing the hotel.

Great location. The hotel was a lot better than online reviews but the hotel can definitely do with upgrading.
Need a bigger bed. We were in a premier room. Bathroom needs upgrading. 10 check out is a bit early
