Enjoyed every minute. Will definitely be back
Pros:

It’s a bit creaky, but that’s what adds to the charm of The Grand Hotel. We had a lovely comfortable stay, with self serve meals, it was value for money. More than that we didn’t expect the entertainment that’s put on there. It was brilliant, with a great team who put their hearts into it all

Location excellent. View from room 87 amazing. Jacuzzi bath.

Great value for the price .clean and in a great position for town etc
Pros:

The entertainment was very good especially for the children. And the refurbishment so far is looking good.

Cons:

The beds and pillows poor quality and the room looked like it had been halved and was very dark not much room to move .shower wasn’t the best.
