Pros:

This is the worst accommodation I've ever rented in the Philippines roaches, cheap bed, no toilet paper, cheap stinky towels made out of polyester instead of cotton not made to dry off your body. Be careful cause I got Electrocuted when I tried to take a shower I did not finish taking my shower cause electric shock was very PAINFUL. I am not familiar with the Philippines law but this should be reported to the authorities someone could lose their life

Cons:

This looks like a housing project for low income. The building looks ok from the outside but the studio apartment s are old

Cons:

When you shower, avoid to touch the grey pipe otherwise you gonna get electrocuted. I spend like 20 min to get a proper shower avoiding to get touche by the grey pipe.

No toilet paper what the heck ?

Bad smell in the appart, I don't know why

I've rash all over my body, because of this appartment see photos.

I think the towels gave me this or the sheets.

I plan to stay here every time I return to Manila if possible!
Pros:

Loved it here. I switched here from another hotel and it was like night and day. The host was incredibly welcoming, the room was spacious with a nice view from the balcony, and it came with everything you would have in your own apartment (fridge, AC, TV, microwave, pantry, couch, etc.). WiFi was super fast! Perfect for working from home. The building itself was very quiet on my floor.

Cons:

I found a few bugs, but just on the first day. I wish the bed blanket was a bit thicker (it was more like a sheet) and that bath towels were provided. But I just bought my own, so no issue there.
