i would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toulouse.
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Toulouse. The prime historic-center location made it easy to explore the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops entirely on foot. The service was warm and welcoming from the first moment. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always happy to provide recommendations, directions, and assistance whenever needed.

Cons:

Adding a safe in each room would be a welcome enhancement

Exceptional.location. wallpaper is lovely.

Tea in room was organic, yay!

Staff super friendly and helpful. Carried up my luggage.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny. Mine was okay but my friends was extremely tiny and not worth the money. I had a kettle, she didn't.

The breakfast offered was just sweet, so we didn't go.

Bathroom a bit old, shower had broken, needs some renovating.

Keys are insanely heavy, but they have braille on them.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal au chevet de la basilique Saint-Sernin. La vue est très agréable lorsqu’on prend une chambre vue sur la basilique, les grands tilleuls sous les yeux, l’hôtel est charmant, propre et confortable avec un excellent petit déjeuner.
Mais surtout l’accueil particulièrement chaleureux, professionnel et attentif. De quoi donner l’envie de revenir.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de l’hôte.
Il a été d un bon conseil en terme de restauration.
Nous avons dîné au Le Bibent et c’était très bon .

L’accueil sympathique du réceptionniste. L’emplacement. Climatisation.

Cons:

Pour une personne à mobilité réduite, les escaliers pour arriver à la réception. Heureusement le réceptionniste m’a aidée.

sejour parfait, juste la chaleur (en ville)un peu trop chaude et l'on ne peut pas la baisser

l'hotel impeccable, le seul inconvenient c'est la reception au 1er , l'ascenceur marche très bien a partir du 1er etage

We would definitely recommend this charming hotel for anyone staying for a city break In Toulouse .
Pros:

In an excellent location with private secure parking . .. right next to the beautiful basilica .
Very comfortable room and bed and very friendly helpful staff .
Initially there was a problem with the WI-FI but the staff worked hard to resolve it to our satisfaction .

Cons:

Nothing really !

Excellent Boutique Hôtel in Toulouse
Pros:

For us this was a fantastic location. After walking the Via Tolosana for 2 weeks this hotel offered a gorgeously warm welcome and luxurious stay, within view of the Basilica St Sernin. Comfortable beds , excellent bathrooms, nourishing and generous breakfast all within the call of the bells of the Basilica.

Une chambre dans laquelle il fait bon rester
Pros:

Chambre et salle de bain avec de l'espace et une jolie deco. Très propre. Jolis plus : douche à l'italienne, pas besoin de grimper en baignoire et produits d'hygiène à disposition, tout doux et parfumés. Calme mais à deux pas de St sernin, de supers restaurants et de la navette pour l'aéroport. Personnel aimable.
