Pros:

The Location is perfect - you look to The Basilica of Saint-Sernin. Main streets are only few steps away. The staff is wonderful.

Cons:

There is not a minibar in the room. There is no lift from the entrance to the reception at the first floor, so in case with a heavy luggage you must use only the stairs - the receptionist was very kind to help us.

Hôtel très bien placé juste pour y dormir.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé à 10mn de la gare et au début de la zone piétonne juste sur la place St Sernin. L'isolation phonique est bonne de même que la literie.

Cons:

Tout est petit dans cet hôtel qui a besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement. ATTENTION: la réception et l'ascenseur sont au 1er étage d'un escalier assez raide. Ceci ne convient pas aux PMR ainsi qu'aux valises très lourdes. Eviter le petit dej cher pour pas grand chose.
