Hyatt Centric Playa del Carmen - Downtown House & Beach House

Frukosten var enformig och inte speciellt bra. Poolområdet och hotellet ser bättre ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Servicen var oftast långsam och det skulle vara trevligt att personalen skulle hälsa på sina gäster. Sämre standard än på flesta Hyatts hotell.

Ciężko jest mi ocenić jednoznacznie ten hotel. Lokalizacja jest zaletą i jednocześnie przekleństwem. Hotel położony jest przy głównej ulicy i logiczne, że może być tam głośniej, ale takiego hałasu się nie spodziewaliśmy. Ciężko jest siedzieć na balkonie i rozkoszować się pobytem. Nie da się nawet obejrzeć filmu, ponieważ wieczorem już nic nie słychać. Hałas od klimatyzatorów na dachu centrum handlowego, ekstremalnie głośna muzyka z restauracji, a potem pobliskiej dyskoteki do 4 rano. Jeśli zamknie się drzwi to jeszcze da się to wytrzymać. Jednak raz o 3 w nocy pod hotelem grali na trąbkach muzycy do godziny 5.30 w nocy. Nie było możliwości żeby zasnąć. Jednego dnia popołudniu zaczął na basenie grać DJ. Gości nie było dużo i raczej były to starsze osoby. Nie dało się swobodnie rozmawiać. Następnie zaczęła grać Pani DJ, która na prośby przyciszenia muzyki zaczęła krzyczeć na gości, że jak im się nie podoba to mogę iść gdzie indziej, a to jest jej czas na grę. ISTNY KOSZMAR!!!! ZE WZGLĘDY NA HAŁAS JUŻ NIGDY NIE WRÓCIMY DO TEGO HOTELU.

Tuttavia non mi è piaciuto il fatto che si trovi sopra alcune discoteche: per questo motivo non siamo riusciti a dormire fino alle quattro del mattino a causa del rumore. Addirittura nel comodino mettono dei tappi per le orecchie, quindi evidentemente sanno che da quel lato dell’hotel è difficile dormire.

Questo non mi è piaciuto per niente. Dovrebbero installare dei vetri più isolanti per proteggere meglio dal rumore.

Inoltre non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l’hotel non abbia un parcheggio. Bisogna quindi arrangiarsi lasciando l’auto in un parcheggio privato e portare le valigie fino alla struttura, il che è piuttosto scomodo. Inoltre il parcheggio non è nemmeno convenzionato con l’hotel.

La atención del personal, hacen el mínimo indispensable, hay que estarlos buscando e insistiendo para que te atiendan y a veces ni así.

Zona da receção muito fraca (parece um hostel), zona da piscina muito barulhenta e pouco limpa, não se consegue dormir a noite com o barulho das discotecas da rua

It's the noisiest hotel ever above night clubs - an awful experience if you're not 18!
The attitude of the staff on the roof bar and restaurant was not good - only sweeter tips without wanting to provide service. Not very attentive and many things were unavailable including guacamole!

1) I booked only because it was supposed to have a sea view, as usual it was misleading!!!! As you can see, there is a picture from their booking page and then a picture I took.

2) Very noisy area, so you have to take into account that a peaceful vacation is not possible there. They put earplugs in the room, so draw your own conclusions.

3) The room has a tiled floor, which gets super slippery, especially in the bathroom. My husband slipped and fell sideways, luckily it was a happy accident.

4) I was not happy with the price we got. But unfortunately the whole of Playa Del Carmen is overpriced. Since there was no sea view and you couldn't go in the sea because of the seaweed, this booking was completely pointless.

5) It's not possible to be on the beach (the beach area is non-existent and there's a seaweed problem) and the pool is super small and cold.

6) We didn't have breakfast, but a margarita cocktail from the bar was the one and only thing I ordered because it tasted like cleaning fluid.

7) Another strange thing - the TV would automatically turn on every night and we would all wake up.

8) I recommend you seriously consider your options. The main street is accessible from many places and for a real experience, it is better to avoid the main street. Especially if you are a tourist from Europe and want a more authentic experience.

staff on the roof bar average - no local beer, no guacamole becasue they had no avocados! (In mexico!), Reception unfriendly, just robotic and the my room next to the night club made my final night the worst ever in a hotel.

The C-Grill restaurant associated with the Beach House had a good variety of breakfast items but the food isn't hot when it's served. It was warm at best.
