Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival, and the hotel itself is brilliant. The views over the lake are incredible, and the restaurant is also brilliant. Highly recommended!

Flott beliggenhet, kun noen meter fra vannkanten. Vi fikk et stort rom med egen balkong med utsikt. Hyggelig betjening. Fjernparkering utenfor bykjernen og henting med golfbil fungerte fint.

We had a rental car, and because the hotel is located in pedestrian only we had to park in the public parking and wait for their concierge to come get us with the golf cart. He was very friendly, and efficient you could tell he works hard getting guests to and from as quickly as possible!
But the rest of the staff was not as agreeable. Front desk girls made us wait to collect our bags while they vaped out front. The breakfast server was very rude when we arrived 15 mins before breakfast was over. She made it very clear we were not welcomed and was put out she had to serve us. Would not recommend this hotel because there are so many others in the area to choose from.

Hade önskat lite mer från frukosten.
Vi hade inget vatten på rummet för att kunna duscha men det löste sig tillslut.
Kranen i ena badrummet läckte så golvet var hela tiden blött.

Es passte vom Anfang bis zum Ende alles. Das Zimmer hatte einen grandiosen Blick zum See hin. Das Badezimmer war geräumig sodaß man sich nirgendwo stoßen konnte. Es gab im Zimmer genügend Stauflächen. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und konnte sowohl draussen als auch drinnen konsumiert werden. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine große Bar als auch ein Restaurant zu moderaten Preisen.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Lite hårda sängar men fantastiskt läge och utsikt över Gardasjön. Maten på hotellets restaurang var otroligt god.

Overall it was a decent stay. The neighborhood is beautiful. The ocean view was blocked by a few other rooms and therefor a little disappointing. Internet was bad, but reception told us it’s a problem for every hotel in the area (cannot confirm that statement). It’s a place to sleep in a good location. Value for money not as good as I wished for, but we booked last minute and had not a lot of options. Room felt rather cold and not really inviting, but was clean.

Amazing room with view over the lake. Great location along the waterfront and breakfast had lots of options. Parking was around a 7 minute walk away, but that is doable. Staff was friendly. Overall our favourite hotel on our 2-week Italy trip.
