A tengerpart 100 méterre van, van saját parkoló.

Cons:

Közös fürdőszoba, fürdőszobában van egyben a konyha, ami egy mosogató tálca és egy csepegtető tálca valamint egy vízforraló és egy kávéfőzőből állt.

Autentikus kiadó szoba, príma légkondi, saját hűtőszekrény a szobában.
Pros:

Nagyon szép környéken van 5 perc sétára a parttól, rendesen rálátni a tengerre az ablakból. Ingyen parkoló. Kiválóan működő légkondi. Két kiadó szoba van kialakítva a családi ház emeleti szintjén, amelyekhez egy közös fürdőszoba tartozik. Azzal rendben van minden, A fürdőszobán belül van kialakítva egy kis teakonyha, még indukciós főzőlap is van, ha valaki főzni szeretne, van hozzá egy lábos. Meg hűtő és mosógép is van. Minden tiszta új felszerelés. A szoba szép tiszta volt, egyszerűen berendezve. Matrac régi. A szállásadó kedves hölgy. Régi épület.

Cons:

Nem tudtuk, hogy a fürdőszoba a folyosón van, és más is használhatja rajtunk kívül, de igazából ezzel nem volt probléma, mert tiszta volt.
A matrac kissé puha volt.

Falls ich nochmal in der Gegend bin, gerne nochmal. Reicht als rel. günstige Unterkunft.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage, kein Verkehrslärm oder durch Lokale. Nach 55 Stufen am Meer, dort über Felsenstufen einfach zum Schwimmen. Saubere Meer-Promenade, gepflegt.

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstück, für mich als Selbstversorger kein Problem, wer aber eines erwartet, wird ggf. enttäuscht.

Slabo spal, dobro kolesaril in plaval.
Pros:

Lepa lokacija, blizu obale. Streha za avto. Lepo urejena soba s klimo. Nobenega hrupa od sosedov. Zelo dobra lokacija za kolesarjenje, imaš blizu Izolo in Ankaran. Lepo urejene kolesarske in peš poti. V bližini je tudi zelo lep park. Od ene hiše stran imate hišo Zmaga Jelinčiča. Heroj je oborožen, saj na to opozarja z opozorilno tablo, tako da se boste počutili varnega ali ogroženega.

Cons:

Hrup. 24h na dan se sliši hrup iz Luke Koper. Celo noč na vsake toliko časa slišiš motor ali avto. Hrup valov, ki udarjajo ob obalo. Hrup od sostanovalcev, saj slišiš zvok televizije in smrčanje. Pod oknom je plehnata streha in se močno sliši ropotanje dežja. Prav tako je moteč hladilnik v sobi (imaš tudi TV, vendar ga nisem uporabljal) in sem ga moral izklopiti. Okna in vrata se na trdo odpirajo in zapirajo. Ključavnica v vhodnih vratih se zatika. Skoraj ob vsakem koraku škripajo tla. Strme in ozke stopnice. Poceni plastični grelnik za vodo v koplanici. Majhna mizica za zajtrk v sobi.
