Pros:

Номера со двора более тихие. Номера, которые выходят на трассу, очень шумные. Спать не возможно.

Cons:

Номера с уличной стороны. Завтрак с 7.30 поздновато. Ресторан до 22.00 тоже не очень удобно.

I really regret choosing this hotel
Pros:

The location is very convenient and the staff are friendly

Cons:

I paid for a higher floor and my room was indeed on floor 8, but the view was on a parking lot. I feel scammed.
The fridge in the room turns off when there’s no key card in the slot, which defeats the purpose of having a fridge. All my food and treats went bad because of that. Huge disappointment.
There were nails sticking out from the wall and cracks in the ceiling of the room. Generally the hotel is not maintained well.
Breakfast was worse than in the cheapest cafe, more like in a lower class canteen. Which is ridiculous for a hotel in this price range.

Old building, so so customer service but great location
Pros:

Excellent location, very central.

Cons:

For being a Best Western, the building was quite old and a bit rundown.

I had a really hard time communicating with the staff to arrange an airport pick-up as I booked the room: after 4 messages that went unanswered, I had to have a local colleague ring up the hotel to confirm this. This is not the quality and type of customer service I'd expect of a Best Western.
