Convenient and Comfortable stay at the heart of the city
Pros:

The best part was the location and it’s close proximity to the Baiterek Tower and other landmarks of Astana. The gym was also neat and compact. Breakfast spread was a delight and highly recommendable . The staffs were courteous enough to answer out all my queries about travelling within the city . Overall a pleasant stay

Pros:

really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a great location, the staff were very polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered good variety and great value for the price.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't adjust the air conditioning temperature in my room myself. There was a note saying I needed to contact the reception to have it changed. Since Astana gets very hot in the summer, it would be much more convenient if guests could control the room temperature on their own.
