Научить персонал делать уборку, особенно ванные комнаты, перенести начало завтрака хота бы на 7:00

Alles war wunderbar. Die Menschen waren durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr entgegenkommend. Wenn es einmal ein Problem gab, wurde es sofort gelöst – unkompliziert und mit viel Engagement. Es gab nichts auszusetzen: Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Man hat sich willkommen gefühlt – rundum eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung.

Удобное местоположение, просторный полу-люкс, хороший вид из окна, качественное постельное белье и банный текстиль, отзывчивый персонал, для краткой командировки нормальный вариант

Cons:

Отель конечно требует обновлений, персонал на ресепшене и менеджера гонять и гонять еще нужно, непонятные правила по допуску курьеров, отсутствие заполненного мини-бара в полу-люксе и не проработанная политика по доставке в номера из кафе при отеле… ужасная парковка перед отелем- никем не контролируемая. Соотношение цена качество завышено..

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen, Zimmer war bereits um 10 Uhr fertig, habe ein Flughfentaxi ein halbes Jahr vor dem Aufenthalt bestellt - und alles hat bestens geklappt
