Cons:

Персонал не был способен решить проблему, которую сам создал.
Подтвердили ранний заезд в номер, обозначили стоимость, но во время заезда ночью пришлось искать другую гостиницу, так как номеров не оказалось.

In Bad waren dreckige männliche Unterwäsche von jemand wer vorher in Zimmer war, und Bad war nicht sauber, sogar 2 krabeltiere da gewessen.

Останавливаюсь не первый раз, хороший отель, все необходимое есть.

Cons:

Странно, но у меня с самого начала были полотенца не свежие, как будто ими пользовались, я попросила заменить, на что получила отказ, так как горничных уже нет.
На следующий день их также не поменяли.

Cons:

Завтраки это большая проблема. Нехватка персонала, поэтому вовремя не пополняется посуда, приборы, ассортимент завтрака, некогда убрать столы, так как все это делал один мужчина!! Который бегал между гостями и не знал за что хвататься, кстати сам он молодец, очень вежливый и улыбчивый и все выше написанное, явно не его вина, а администрации.. все это было неловко

A good hotel, although it is a bit old and probably it needs some refurbishments.
Strong wifi, excellent team, thank you for hospitality.

Cons:

It is getting very busy at the reception, once a new arrivals come to check-in.
Since the Lobby area is rather small, it is easily getting too crowded.
