Пришло время освежить ковровое покрытие и обратить внимание на сантехнику. В хаммаме видимо что-то неправильно работает

Удачное расположение, нормальное соотношение цена/качество, хорошая сауна. Приветливый персонал.
В целом впечатление от отеля хорошее.

Cons:

Первоначально мне дали номер на 3-м этаже очень запущенный, с грязным ковролином и и душем из которого вода просто брызгала, а не текла.
Номер мне по моей просьбе заменили и новый номер был намного комфортнее.) В целом отель нуждается в косметическом ремонте, замене ковролина (он везде уже грязный) и регулярной замене душевых леек. С такой же проблемой с забитой солями лейки я столкнулась и в банном комплексе, помыться сложно((

Very good location but nothing special .

The location is great.

Cons:

I asked 2 nights in a row, to the recepcionist, to change the light bulb from the night table. He said ok, he was going to send someone , but never did during my 4 nights stay.
Also, the first day I arrived at 10:40 pm to the hotel, from the airport, and bar and restaurant totally closed. I asked for something to eat or at least to drink, and the recepcionist said to me : sorry , but we close at 11 pm. The funny thing was that it was only 10:40 pm!! Very bad for an hotel like this, not cheap at all.
The look itself is also quite old .

the location is good.

Cons:

One staff at the reception (a young woman) is not polite at all. Rolled her eyes at us twice just because she is not familiar at offering Invoices, keeping asking the date we check-in and check-out. During this period, she is not patient and rolled her eyes at us out of no reason. Actually her manager already wrote a note on the paper day before. She is in the service industry and her job is to help customers to solve problems like offering Invoices.
But other staff are very nice and helpful.

Location excellent; service absolutely not what I expect from an American chain

The lack of communication at the front desk.
For an American chain hotel the knowledge of english at the front desk was very bad.

Shuttle service from the airport was 4x the regular price and I wasn’t informed upfront.
Early checkin was also made available without notifying me about the extra costs.

They keep ‘forgetting’ that they are helping someone and that other people should just wait for their turn or they should have at least 2 people managing the frontdesk.
