Cons:

1.В номере не работал кондиционер, первую ночь мы не могли заснуть от духоты, открытое окно мало помогало.
2.С 4й просьбы (ко второй ночи) нам принесли дополнительное одеяло.
3. Как минимум одна розетка (возле кровати) не работала.
4. 4 подушки в номере - как будто заполнены песком, невозможно спать. Спали на диванных подушках, предварительно надев на них наволочки.
5. Ну и по мелочи: кран в ванной плевался водой, также нужно подкрутить душевую лейку, часть воды стекала из шланга.
6. В тренажёрном зале нет кондиционера, заниматься также очень душно.

Мне как капризному и нежному постояльцу с огромным опытом - все понравилось. Приезжайте и убедитесь
Pros:

Уютный номер, чистое белье, прекрасная сантехника и душ. Есть холодильник, чайник. Регулярно пополняются запасы воды в бутылках. Хорошо устроенное освещение номера ( что сейчас большая редкость). Прекрасные виды из окна на город. Есть фитнес-зал, который всегда свободен. Есть хамам и массажный кабинет. Помещение для завтрака, сам завтрак- прекрасные. Очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Ресепшн идет на любые пожелания в смысле времени заезда-выезда, продления проживания. Бар разносит еду и напитки прямо в номер. Напротив отеля - дворец Президента. ВайФай не вырубается при выходе из номера, а работает во всем здании отеля. Такси приезжает за минуты и практически бесплатно везет( это шок!)

Cons:

Сейф есть, но не работал из-за отсутствия батареек в кодовом замке. В номере душновато, но если открыть окно- холодно, и ветер воет. Кондиционер и вентиляция были отключены ( мб из-за зимы?). Бар на первом этаже огромный, уютный, но очень дорогой по сравнению с остальной Астаной, где еда почти ничего не стоит. Я бы порекомендовал положить в номер несколько листков бумаги и ручку, а также нож и вилку ( холодильник же есть), чтобы ночью не отвлекаться от еды
