Helt ok.
Pros:

Det var helt ok hotell. Den största fördelen är läget med gång avstånd till centrum och LRT-stationen. Det var även trevlig och behjälplig personal överallt på hotellet.

Cons:

Frukosten var helt ok dock väldigt fattigt utbud gällande val av frukt och bröd. Jag kan absolut förstå att det finns vissa kulturella skillnader gällande frukost i Asien och Europa men jag har högre förväntningar på frukostbuffen på ett hotell med 4-stjärnor. Vårt badrum var sliten med trasiga duschblandare som inte satt fast i väggen. Man får en känsla att det inte investeras i underhåll av rummen.

Расположение прекрасное. Самый центр, все рядом. Отзывчивый персонал.Удивило ,что в номере был комплект на одного человека. Но по нашей просьбе, сразу все принесли.В номере было чисто и уютно. Окна на проспект, но было тихо. Завтраки хорошие и разнообразные. Не первый раз в отелях этой сети и всегда всё очень достойно. Обязательно вернёмся.

Cons:

Мы жили на девятом этаже, поэтому уборку номера делали около шести-семи вечера. Это очень неудобно. В это время уже не хочется чтобы тебя выгоняли из номера

Симпатичный отель в центре Астаны.
Pros:

Отель в красивой удобной локации Астаны, в самом центре:рукой подать до бульвара Нуржол, смотровой площадки Байтерек и Дома Министерства))
Рядом же ресторан с красивым обзорным видом на город "Вечное небо".
Да, отель слегка подуставший(тут больше вопрос к ковролину), но с чистыми кроватями и полотенцами. Завтраки не поразят вас разнообразием, но наесться вы сможете))
Ресепшен дружелюбный и приветливый, девочкам за стойкой наше отдельное спасибо за хранение багажа))

Пожелание реновации отелю, больше никаких замечаний не было))
