Cons:

1) ночью, когда я спал, другие люди вошли в мой номер; оказалось, что их ключ дал доступ к моему номеру.
В следующий день, когда я сидел в холле у reception, я свидетельствовал, что гость зарегистрировался и получил ключ для номера и потом вернулся и сообщил у reception, что уже кто-то живет в номере, который ему дали!! Это что-то ненормально!!
2) завтрак : выбор бедный ; как я и видел у других гостей (заметно), как-то мало вкусного выбрать.

My room was fine, good location
Pros:

Clean, had everything necessary for a short stay
Fast check in
I could do a later check out
They had some fresh fruit available at buffet breakfast that I asked for.
Good location, walking distance to LRT tram to the airport and also just a few minutes from Baiterek tower

Cons:

WiFi was slow in my room
My room could use more fresh air
The receptionist at check in did not inform the next receptionist about my later check out we agreed on

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is in an ideal location for tourists. It is surrounded by the new city center and fountains—everything is very beautiful.

Overall it was good, great location
Pros:

Location was really good. There were restaurants and cafes around. The hotel was decent overall and most of the staff was great especially Elvira who helped me when I arrived with the Taxi driver

Cons:

Leane she was horrible at the reception. She asked me to pay cash for the taxi to the airport and would not accept card payment.

Отличное местоположение, в пешей доступности можно посмотреть некоторые достопримечательности. Номер был большой, чистый и уютный, к сожалению на завтрак не попала, так как был ранний вылет. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный

Das Hotel ist ok aber mit Tücken
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Saubere Zimmer und bequemes Bett

Cons:

Sehr dünne Wende - du hörst die Nachbarn schnarchen und wenn jemand über die oder neben dir duschen geht, hörst du mit. Nachts ist es so laut, dass du aufwachst!
Hoteltransfer vom Flughafen ist NICHT zu empfehlen - du musst den Taxifahrer NUR im Bar zahlen. Zahlung mit Karte über das Hotel ist nicht möglich. Das teilt dir im Vorfeld aber niemand mit.
