Booking.com and Super Townhouse OAK De Alphabet Hotel Bolarum are cheater group.
Pros:

It was a terrific experience at this hotel. Lateron I came to know that all hotels of the Super Townhouse OAK group have poor facility. Never book any hotel from booking.com. Super Townhouse OAK De Hotel Bolarum Hotel was far far away located from the city, bathroom were damaged, no tape water was available, wash basin was damaged. Breakfast was served even breakfast was charged while booking from booking.com. only two staff members were there. No positive response received from booking.com customer care. Feel cheated badly. Never book any hotel from BOOKING.COM and Super Townhouse OAK De Alphabet Hotel Bolarum

Very bad experience. The rooms are not as shown in photos. They are not properly maintained and were in a terrible condition. Bathrooms had faulty taps. Soaps and towels were provided only after asking for the same. The staff was least bothered about the comfort of the guests.

Worst place ever! Hotel is nothing like it shows on the site, they refuse foreign passport holders,conditions of the rooms are horrendous, staff are nice though however worst experiance I've had with booking.com
