The stay was not memorable
Pros:

Nothing to be liked except Idley and sambar of breakfast.

Cons:

Room facility was not standard. Bed has no hight. Bathroom facility was poor. The condition of.Tap for providing hot and cold water was poor. Quality tap should have been used. Toilet paper was soacked in water and was not usefull. About staff one man was likely drunken. During the time of check out one of the staff asked me extramoney for exttabed. If it was so it should have been mentioned during booking.Above all the bathroom floor was slipery and not goodlooking. And I am not satisfied with the stay in the hotel.

Pros:

The breakfast spread was really good and the staff was really good. The location is really good.

However the room was not clean. The bedsheet was not washed and the trash had used stuff which was not a good experience.

Clean rooms and Comfortable stay
Pros:

We had stayed in Treebo Sanmaya Retreat for a day on the way to Coorg. The property is newly built, and the room was spacious with a king bed, and lot of space to move around and put an additional bed. Mr. Suresh at the front desk ensured that check-in and check-out process were quick, and the service staff Mr. Sidhuraj and Ms. Shoba were helpful with anything required. The buffet breakfast served at the terrace of the hotel gives a good ambience to have the tasty food options. Good option to stay in a relatively calm area in Mysore with variety of restaurants around.

Cons:

They don't have an inhouse restaurant, which is not a big issue, as there are lot of restaurants around the area.

Exceptional
Pros:

Loved the location, beautiful and spacious room with comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast on the rooftop were amazing! Highly recommend this place.

Pros:

The overall experience was good, but with few exceptions. The rooms are neat and clean, but the washrooms could be better.

However, I was really taken by surprise when found that they had closed/locked the property main doors (Gates) after night and it’s hard to go out for a walk and return back if require. Never had any previous experience where the hotel locks up the guests at night.

Perhaps some serious teething problems
Pros:

Modern looking building in a very convenient location. Good food options nearby including Empire, 5 minutes walk

Cons:

I booked 150 metre square room as the booking confirmed in writing, but was given a room 303 which is about 50 metre square. The staff disputed and denied this, and showed that they believe 150 sq metres is the same as 150 sq feet (hint: it’s not). On a practical level, the door card did not function properly, nor could the staff easily access the room with their key. On a financial level, I paid cash on checking in, was not given a receipt on request: then the following evening began to receive email demands from Treebo to settle the bill. Overall I would never return.

I would stay again
Pros:

Felt comfortable, clean, the staff was very friendly, breakfast room service was really nice.
Has some problem reaching them to change my booking and the wifi connection in the room did not work. Ask them to address but they said it was my phone even though it didn’t work on the smart tv either.
