All’arrivo il bagno era completamente allagato, ho chiesto alla reception e mi hanno detto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno. Ho aspettato 1 ora e ho dovuto richiamare. Sono venuti a pulire e non mi hanno riportato gli asciugamani. In generale molto vecchio, puzza e non molto pulito

Great hotel for a good price.
Pros:

Great staff that was very helpful and friendly. I got a late checkout for a small fee!
Good restaurant on the 1st floor, amazing indian food!
Room was large, had a TV, a big bathroom and a comfy bed.
Recommend staying here.

A peaceful and comfortable stay in a spacious, secure setting, with a few areas that could improve.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, providing a quiet and relaxing environment for guests. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and certainly spacious enough.

The premises also appeared to be secure, which added to the overall sense of comfort and safety. It was particularly convenient to have access to a bookshop and pharmacy within the premises.

I also appreciated the in-room facilities, including the fridge and television, both of which were very useful. The window blinds were also attractive and added a nice touch to the room.

Overall, I would be happy to stay at the hotel again. While there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement, the experience was generally pleasant and comfortable.

Cons:

The room lighting could be improved, as it is not sufficiently bright. In addition, the wardrobe is open and does not provide a secure or private enclosure for guests’ belongings, particularly when housekeeping staff enter the room.

It would also be helpful for the hotel to provide “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean My Room” door tags, allowing guests to clearly indicate whether they would like housekeeping staff to access their room.

The breakfast selection could also be improved. The options were quite limited and largely the same each day, with very little variety.

The bathroom itself is spacious; however, the shower area would benefit from a proper enclosure. Without one, water easily spreads into the toilet area, leaving the floor wet and potentially creating a slipping hazard for guests.

My stay was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was fair and the location was quite far from my event Centre. The staff are excellent in their job with good reception skill. One Mr. Peter is rare gem and worthy of award. Meanwhile, general staff conduct is EXCELLENT.

Cons:

Distance to my event Centre. The main Facility would have been closer.
