Pros:

The staff were friendly and gave me an update for the room. Breakfast was good. Location is amazing. Close to many things in Westlands. Room is quiet.

The shower water was temperamental. It goes hot cold hot cold but not a big problem.

Très bon séjour dans un très bon cadre et calme avec personnel compétent et disponible.
Pros:

les chambres étaient très confortable, l'accueil de Emmanuel et Herbert a été très chaleureux, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié les différents services. Le dîner que nous avons commandé était très bien fait.

Cons:

Tout est parfait là bas, j'ai tout apprécié. Malgré la barrière linguistique, Emmanuel et Herbert de par leur professionnalisme ont usé de patiente en me laissant le temps de m'exprimer afin qu'ils puissent me comprendre. en tout cas ils sont très professionnels et à cause d'eux, je conseille cet hôtel à toutes mes collègues et connaissances qui voudront séjourne à Nairobi.

Pros:

The staff outdid themselves with exceptional service and great customer care. From the security guard to the reception to the kitchen to the housekeeping. Excellent service. I appreciate the location , easily accessible and is quiet. Clean bedsheets and good pressure in the shower. The room service was great too. Highly recommend! I will definitely use it when I am back.

朝食が思いがけずビュッフェで嬉しかったです！またスタッフの方は皆さんすごく親切で快適に過ごせました。
またナイロビに来る際はリピすると思います。

大きいモールにも近いです！
