Good value but limited in perks.
Pros:

Clean and very friendly staff
Room was nce

Cons:

TV choices were limited to using your own account on Netflix etc
Breakfast was dismal - very limited choices
Location is a bit dicky but close to the central Westlands area

Changed hotel after the ignorant staff, would’ve cancelled and changed my booking to another hotel if it hadn’t of been
Pros:

Hotel was ok and in a good location, clean with security. The staff were pretty terrible! Travelling through Kenya with my lady and got questions and weren’t going to let her accompany me.

Vraiment bof..
Pros:

Emplacement à quelques minutes de supers restos, bars..

Cons:

A l'exception d'un des réceptionnistes, le reste du personnel était vraiment à la ramasse : lenteur, multiples erreurs et oublis, incapable de réactiver ma clé, et globalement trop familier.. ça m'a mis très mal à l'aise sur ces deux jours. L'hôtel en soit est bien loin du standing qu'il annonce.

La chambre étais un deux lit pendant que j’avais demandé un lit simple . Entrain ver minuit j’ai constaté que les fenêtres etai rester ouverte et donc plein de moustique. Bref j’ai été déçus il n’y a pas demandé frigo
