Pros:

La personne responsable de l’hôtel a vraiment été gentille et s’est arrangée pour que je puisse rester plus longtemps, à ma demande dernière minute. Superbe localisation, sécuritaire. Il faut juste savoir que la réception n’est pas ouverte 24h donc ça peut être inconfortable pour une personne qui voyage seule. Autrement, rien à redire!

Pros:

Located just steps away from the Grand Place, this hotel is charming, clean, comfortable and the staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. The bed has been so comfortable and I have been able to enjoy a plethora of events just steps away. Highly recommend!

We stay in hotel 1 night.
The hotel has an interesting, modern, contemporary style. The elevator is big enough for two people with luggage, which is convenient. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the central location is very convenient for exploring the city. However, I didn’t like the open shower space design. The room itself was tiny with nice furniture, and there was no air conditioning, so we had to open the windows and ended up listening to the sound of pigeons all night. We did not try the breakfast.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice and clean. But there was a bar/disco right next to our room. As it was friday night, we didn’t get to sleep until 3 am. And got awakened at 6 am by the city workers cleaning the street with high pressure water jet. We were told by the receptionist we can file a complain to the city…

Pros:

Fint rum med bekväm säng. Tyvärr gick inte fläkten/ac:n att stänga av och den lät mycket vilket gjorde att sömnen inte blev så bra. Var även mycket ljud från gatan och uteserveringarna under sen kväll/natt.

Rooms were very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was located within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and shopping. The only downside was the construction that was happening in the area which closed the streets and made it confusing to get to the property. Also the fact there was no on site parking. However, the parking garage was only a few minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.
