Pros:

設備は使い易くちょっとオシャレな内装で、温泉も気持ち良かったです。無料のウェルカムドリンクや入浴後のアイス等、細かい気遣いも良かったです。スタッフの方々も懇切丁寧な対応で大変助かりました。

Pros:

Very comfortable room, free ramen on an evening. Hot springs available to guests. Staff very friendly. Amenities provided. Great location 10 mins walk from the train station with plenty restaurants and shops near by.

Pros:

一人旅ですが室内、温泉、サウナ言うことなしです。
入浴後のアイスやヤクルトはうれしいです。
立体駐車場もあり車でも便利。

A great place to stay for the price.
Pros:

We stayed in the Japanese style room and it was so large compared to most Japanese hotel rooms. It also had indoor/outdoor Japanese baths, laundry, and free snacks. The staff were great and breakfast was plentiful.

An Exceptional Stay — One of the Best Hotels I’ve Ever Experienced

Dormy Inn Akita completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the overall quality of the experience — it’s the kind of place where every detail feels intentional.

The breakfast spread was outstanding. There was a wide variety of dishes, all fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It genuinely felt like a full culinary experience rather than a standard hotel breakfast. It set such a positive tone for the day that I found myself looking forward to it as soon as I woke up.

Another highlight was the free late‑night soba. It’s such a simple gesture, but it adds so much warmth and hospitality to the stay. After a long day out, being able to enjoy a comforting bowl of noodles before heading to bed was incredibly satisfying.

The public bath was one of the best I’ve seen. It’s huge, spacious, clean, and very relaxing — a perfect way to unwind. The amenities provided were top‑class, and the entire bathing area felt premium and well maintained. It’s clear that the hotel puts real effort into making this facility a standout feature.

The staff were amazing as well. Everyone we interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely warm. Their attentiveness made the stay feel even more special.

Cons:

If I had to mention something I didn’t like, it would honestly be difficult. Nothing stood out as a real negative — and if I had to pick something, it would only be a tiny detail, not anything that affected the quality of the stay.

Overall, I highly, highly recommend Dormy Inn Akita. It’s easily one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in, combining comfort, hospitality, great food, and excellent facilities. I would return in a heartbeat.
