Pros:

La habitación es más grande de lo que Japón normalmente ofrece, el Onsen una maravilla. Te ofrecen helado y yakult gratis, al igual que Ramen en la noche y hay máquinas de café/te/chocolate caliente que puedas tomar cuando quieras. Está cerca de la estación de metro y varios buses tienen parada por ahí. La verdad bastante bueno.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó tenía un ligero olor a viejo.

The spring pool and breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The front service staffs are so mean. They never greeting or smile to you, and they were talking very impatient. I feel very embarrassed when I asked questions or when i need to talk to them. Few of girls at front desk were rolling their eyes while talking to customers. Very rude and very disrespectful.
The kitchen cooking staff was mean too, i was asking them should I order ramen first before I get it, but they were just mocking at me and not help at all.

駅前で便利、お風呂も充実。掃除にもう少し力を入れてほしい。
Pros:

京都駅から近く分かりやすい場所にありました。東本願寺から近く朝の散歩に良いです。
大浴場が充実しており複数種類のお風呂がありました。
朝食などの管理はカードキーで行っており分かりやすいと思います。
朝食メニューが充実していた。
スタッフは良い感じの方が多かったです。

Cons:

部屋の畳に黒い汚れがあり、ウエットティッシュで拭いても落ちませんでした。
真ん中だったので部屋にいる時は常に目につく状態で椅子を置いて隠したりしました。
おそらく、スーツケースの車輪で汚れたのだと思います。
また、シャワールームにかけてあったバスマットから、髪の毛の束が出てきました。
海外からの観光客がたくさん利用しており忙しいのだと思いますが、掃除はもう少しがんばってほしいです。

Hotel tradicional en Kyoto muy bien ubicado
Pros:

La amabilidad de su personal, están siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad que uno tenga
Las instalaciones en general del Hotel son muy agradables y confortables, si bien son habitaciones pequeñas como todo lo relacionado a hoteles en el Japón, pero inicia ambiente reducido, tienen todo lo que un pasajero pueda necesita
Lis amenities cubre prácticamente todas las necesidades, la ropa de cama es impecable con un olor limpio, increíble, ponen unas pijamas tipo kimono, que son súper comptables y muy ligeras para dormir, la sandalias y las medias son sencillamente perfectas
Lo curioso de este Hotel es que aún mantiene la tradición de sacarse los zapatos al ingresar, si tiene la opción de dejarla según casillero o bien te dan una bolsa para llevarlas a tu habitación y ponértelas al salir del Hotel
Su ubicación es perfecta se encuentra muy cerca de la estación central de Kioto a unas tres cuadras caminando, por lo cual es muy fácil acceder al Shinkansen , a los tenis JR y al Metro
El detalle de los Hot Springs es increíble solamente hay que tener cuidado de que hay que entrar desnudo, pero para eso están las pijamas japonesas que reemplazan perfectamente a una bata en un Hotel fuera de Japón
El proceso de checking es súper rápido todo el proceso está automatizado y solamente hay que entregar los pasaportes y colocar la tarjeta de crédito como garantía

Onyado Nono Kyoto is a wonderful hotel.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful for family with young children. Extensive breakfast buffet, late night ramen are wonderful. Multiple different onsen pools were relaxing and restorative. Facilities allowed guests to not be too crowded. We would definitely enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

Pillows are hard.
