Pros:

Das Personal war nett, jedoch hat sich niemand dafür entschuldigt, dass meine Anfrage unbeantwortet blieb – vermutlich, weil ich am Ende trotzdem bezahlt habe. Das hat mich enttäuscht.

Ansonsten ein schöner Onsen und gute Lage.

Cons:

ch habe Wochen im Voraus nachgefragt, ob ich früher einchecken kann, und drei Tage vorher noch einmal geschrieben. Leider hat niemand geantwortet.

Als ich vor Ort ankam, hieß es, dass ein früherer Check-in möglich sei – ich müsse jedoch extra dafür zahlen. Das hätte ich gerne im Voraus geregelt, weshalb ich ja extra angefragt hatte. Letztendlich hat mich das 4000 Yen zusätzlich gekostet, nur um statt um 15 Uhr bereits um 13 Uhr einchecken zu können.

Außerdem habe ich ein Zimmer mit Aussicht extra gebucht, schaue jedoch lediglich auf einen Parkplatz, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Spart euch das Geld für dieses Zimmer!

The location was good, check in and check out were easy. Room was decently spacious.

Cons:

The room smelled of sweat and body odour. The no shoes policy works in a traditional setting, however this was a hotel with ~2000 guests and so it made it kind of gross. The breakfast buffet was chaotic and not good. This was more of a hostel than a hotel or an inn. Elevators were slow. Would not recommend.

Pros:

Excelente opción para vivir una experiencia más tradicional japonesa. Staff muy atento. Muy buen desayuno, variado, con muchas opciones locales. Cerca de la estación de Kyoto, tiendas, restaurantes y templos. Dan varios ammenities de baño y limpieza, bebidas calientes, bebidas probióticos gratis (yokult), helados y ramen gratis! Tienen baños termales y sillas masajeadoras. Tienen servicio de recibir y enviar maletas. Máquina para cambiar moneda extranjera por yenes

Cons:

El hotel tiene muchos huéspedes y a veces puede sentirse muy lleno de gente, sobre todo en el desayuno donde se puede llegar a hacer cola (te dan un ticket de espera) de varios minutos para conseguir sitio

Highly recommended
Pros:

We loved our stay here! Great location, amazing and beautiful onsen area. The ice cream treats were delicious. Lots of washer and dryers.
The employees were so organized that it didn’t matter how busy it was.

ビジネスホテルと考えるなら、大満足。リゾートホテルと考えるなら、う〜ん。
Pros:

朝食はやっぱり文句なく満足
スイーツバイキングもうれしい

Cons:

ドミーインだから、高級感は求めないけど、ごちゃごちゃしすぎかな。
フロントに並べられた大量のスーツケースとか、駅近の便利な立地で、このお値段と考えると文句は言えない。

非常棒，如果你是第一次來京都，住這裡絕對沒錯
Pros:

溫馨的溫泉旅館、貼心的服務、充足的溫泉設施，非常好吃的早餐

房間看坪數可能會覺得很小，但因為鋪滿榻榻米，所以其實活動空間還不錯！

Cons:

有很多西方國家的客人入住，人多時難免不守秩序排隊，或不懂得使用溫泉設施的禮節
