Pros:

We required a room to stay after arriving with a sleeper bus from Hanoi, and the staff was very helpful in letting us check-in very late at night.
The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious enough.

Hi Giang loop stay
Pros:

Large room, clean sheets and bathroom. Nice breakfast. Kept luggage for us whilst doing the loop. Arrived at 4am and reception open.

Room smelt damp.

Cons:

Chắc do thời tiết mưa nồm nên phòng hơi ẩm, nhưng không bị mùi, bật điều hoà hút ẩm 1 lúc là khô ráo ngay.

Highly recommend if you are in ha giang.
Pros:

Staff were kind, helped me book taxis and bus tickets. They also allowed me to store luggage, and granted my request for extra pillows. Room was clean, quite spacious, and had all the required amenities (hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge). Overall a lovely stay, very worth the price.
