Pros:

The description for the hotel/condo was very misleading. I tried several times to make contact with the hotel before arrival with no response. We finally received a phone call while waiting to board the plane to say the condo was very full and there would be no room in the fridge for us as we would be sharing with 7 people. We had no clue from description how many people we would be sharing with but going by description thought maybe one other room? We cancelled our reservation in the hope they would honour the part refund I asked for but got nothing in the end.
