Pros:

The hotel did not have anything as promised at the time of booking, neither for breakfast nor for tea for any other facilities, they were call repeatedly but did not come.

Hotel stay is not good what we had paid .Third class hotel and staff behaviour is not good.
Pros:

Neatness of the rooms are not good. AC not working.TV is not working. Location and approach road is not good.
Roads are very bad condition. Breakfast is not good. We will not recommend to anyone to Saty in the hotel.
When we see the name we thought that the Hotel may be good. Hotel is in horrible condition.
Response of the staff is very poor.

Cons:

We thought that Booking.com will refer good properties. After seeing the hotel we may not prefer booking.com site at all.

it was near the conference centre but I wouldn't recommend The Castle Blue or go back there
Pros:

The hotel was clean, but a pretty miserable experience. The area is very unattractive. The staff were slow to help - I asked for tea and toilet paper which came eventually. The payment took an age to process and really they wanted me to go to and atm. There was no bedside light only a very bright overhead light. Glad I was only there for 1 night it was a fairly miserable experience

Cons:

atmosphere, chaotic, board too many young men hanging around no nice touches.

Considering the daily charges the total experience was not good
Pros:

Fairly clean property but facilities were not updated on regular basis
The staff is not prompt to help but on repeat request only action was initiated

Cons:

Staff training is must if they hv to be successful property hirer
Room service needs proper updating
Toiletries need to be provided by housekeeping on daily basis
In four night stay we had no supply of toiletry inspite of they hv exhausted

SAFE, COMFORT,HELPING,CARE etc
Pros:

Staff of the hotel behaves well they assist us to catch the nearest metro and they help us in booking cab, they support very well, mind-blowing experience. We forget that we into new place, they ease our journey.
