A memorable trip. We'll come again
Pros:

I like many things. I will mention what I can remember.
We were allowed to check in earlier than 12pm
We were given the opportunity for late check out at 2pm with no extra charge.
The breakfast is cheaper than what I saw on the booking site.
The staff are good and respectful.
The manager is welcoming and supportive
The internet, water shower, hot water, and other bathroom facilities are excellent.

Cons:

The bed is far away from bed switch. So, I have to get out of the bed to switch on or of the light.
The parking area in the front is very small. However, there's a big parking behind. I suggest that the hotel put a notice in conspicuous place to inform and guide visitors to that parking.

Cons:

Breakfast below expectation. Room kettle bottom section rusty not cleaned with proper detergent. I asked for replacement early morning...no follow-up. Lack of commitment from night personnel
