Ok to stay for 1-2 days
Pros:

Good location, near kura-kura beach. Restaurant is with local food, quite okay 👌🏽

Pros:

Great owner (Gav) and staff, really comfortable and clean rooms. Close to a few surf breaks around Ekas and Gav can help with scooter rental and provide local knowledge.

THE BEST!!
Pros:

I had the best experience staying here! The room was spotless, comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfectly cold. The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable, and the whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The walls are thick enough that you don’t hear the mosques, and when I mentioned a few mosquitos, my room was promptly sprayed. I really felt taken care of here :)

It truly feels like a home away from home. The surf breaks are just a short 10 minute scooter ride away, and Gav took me out for a paddle every day, which was amazing as a solo traveller new to the area. I even ended up extending my stay another night because I loved it so much! I left with great memories and new friendships. I’ll definitely be coming back, if not for the surf, just for the vibe alone. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Pros:

Superbe hôtel, chambres confortables et propres
La piscine très agréable, propre et chaude
Un restaurant dans l’hôtel qui est bon mais souvent vide
Proximité du village d’Ekas à pied et de la plage pour coucher de soleil et balade
L’hôte et son staff sont adorables, très arrangeants et avenants - ils nous ont aidé pour louer des scooters (bon par contre pas top qualité mais c’est pareil partout dans le coin) et pour organiser une journée bateau snorkeling au top dans un village de pêcheur!
Nous recommandons à 100%! Merci !

Avoid the crowds on the waves around Kuta, this is what you’re after.
Pros:

The owner is very sound and easy going he helps you out in any way he can and will give you great advice for where and when to surf for that days conditions. The food they provide is delicious we ended up just eating in every meal. The room itself was all we could’ve asked for and the cherry on the top is the bed mattress (better than my one at home)
