Excellent location, close to downtown Izmir, very friendly and helpful staff, great value for money, good air-conditioning, several restaurants and mini markets around.

Cons:

In the morning of day 2, there was some water leakage in the bathroom. The problem was fixed immediately, however the mess was not cleaned by the maid, so we had to use towels to mop the floor when we came back to the room in the evening.

The stuff was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a lively area with local canteens so it's pretty loud even at midnight. Also the Mosque is quite near so you might be woken up in the morning. The room is not soundproof so you hear all the noises.
The amenities and pretty basic. There are towels and a soap. So you should take the rest with you.
The was no hot water. The air conditioner is blowing straight onto the bed. The general condition of the room is a bit old and outdated.
It may be livable but for a lower price.

Отличное расположение отеля, удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. В номере чисто и аккуратно. Очень приветливый персонал, который поможет со всеми вопросами. Рядом есть магазин, прекрасная пекарня.

Im Badezimmer war Duschkopf und Seifenspender kaputt. Deshalb war es rutschig im Bad. Lebensgefahr! Wc schale war wackelig. Aufforderungen zum Austausch/Rep. wurden ignoriert. Ich war Anfang April dort und es war noch sehr kühl... Es wurde nicht zentral geheizt. Die Antwort zu meiner Nachfrage war, dass sie Energiekosten sparen müssen. Also wurde ich wieder ignoriert. Im ganzen Aufenthalt von Tagen wurde das Zimmer nicht geputzt. Die Antwort zu neiner Nachfrage war, dass die Putzdamen keine Zeit haben... Alle Beschwerden wurden immer wieder ignorier.
