I recently stayed at The Bunk Street in Manali, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right on Bund Street, just off Mall Road, making it super convenient for exploring the heart of the town.

Great Lacation
Pros:

The location with its beautiful view and next to Manali Solang Road is great. Their rooftop cafe is awesome. Our kids had a blast, and we did too. The family room is good enough for a family of 4. They have ample space for car parking.

Cons:

Fewer options for breakfast.

Learning experience from this trip was, we can't trust fully on the booking confirmation number/PIN.
Cons:

Despite confirmation received from booking.com for 15th June 2024, "The Bunk Street" refused the booking confirmation number and told there was no availability of rooms in the hotel. I complained to customer care Ms. Rose Ann M of booking.com…but she couldn’t help. I did another booking with 'Dashaur Heights' and despite confirmation was received; the receptionist told me, they were about to sign a contract with booking.com but not yet signed and they did not recognise any booking.
Afraid of possibility of any booking confirmation online, at 10pm in Manali amid heavy traffic jam I was searching for vacant rooms from hotel to hotel, thank God I got one after tried with more than 10 properties.

Pros:

Very Nice Stay, I liked the behavior and support. The property is very reachable and has good connectivity to the main road. The view is very awesome. Pet was very happy :)

Cons:

I booked this place via booking.com and it was confirmed by property. On the day of check in, I called hotel since morning to inform about late check in but my calls weren't answered. Around 5pm, I was informed by property on a text message that we don't have room, search another place. I was travelling from delhi and was about to reach manali. How do I m supposed to search another property at such short notice. Moreover, why was booking confirmed when they didn't have rooms available. If u are travelling with family or large group, don't book this place as they may say it's cancelled in last minute and it would be difficult to search another place of a large group. Worse experience ever woth a hotel booking in my 33 years of life.

Perfect stay near Manali, just awesome
Pros:

Everything. Friendly staff, great views, hot shower, good wifi and food (pure veg), really tasty.
Perfect for solo backpackers. Super comfy beds and a nice garden to chill out.
Location also very good, easy to go to Rohtang or Lahaul (Leh Highway) from here. Manali Mall is also nearby.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, all was great.
