Overall my family stayed wonderful.
Pros:

Bigger size of room.
Extra bed sheet for my kid. Normally only 3 beds.
New air-conditioning.
Price is much lower.
Strategic location in the Middletown.
Have hair dryer my wife love it.

Cons:

Tv not functioning, but it's ok because we stay for night to sleep only.
Parking at night and morning is always full. I needed to park a bit far.

Overall, still a decent and affordable stay for short trips.
Pros:

The room and bedsheets were clean, toilets were clean as well, and basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were provided. Facilities such as iron and hair dryer were also available. The air conditioning was very cold and worked well. + conveniently located near our destination. The owner was very friendly, helpful. Got many good restaurants nearby

Cons:

it was slightly disappointing that our room, which cost more, did not have a fan, while some cheaper rooms had both air conditioning and a fan. One of our roadside rooms was also a little noisy at night. Additionally, one bathroom had a broken mirror, and the door and window quality/safety could be improved for a better stay experience.

价钱的方便中规中矩 不会说很便宜

地上油油
床单有污渍
沐浴露也没有了
洗澡房没有准备一个衣服的勾（只是有之前以前坏的 一个铁的勾）
建议加固窗口 因为酒店也知道是在马路边 窗口是无法关紧 （坏了） 还有隔音很差
设备老旧（门 sofa 冷气 ）

Convenient location. Walking distance to Shopping malls and restaurant.

Cons:

I booked this hotel based on its positive reviews; however, I was very disappointed after checking in. Our assigned room was problematic for several reasons: it lacked soundproofing, making it impossible to sleep due to unbearable road noise; it felt unsafe because the door lacked a latch; the TV was non-functional; and the towels were old and worn.

When we brought these issues to the receptionist's attention, he claimed the hotel was fully booked and offered a refund, which was not our preference. He eventually moved us to a larger room without windows and charged us an additional RM10. While this room was quieter, it unfortunately suffered from the same faulty facilities.

Хорошее расположение - тихо, рядом с центром. В ТЦ (наверху) есть отличный фудкорт. В номере не было чайника, мы попросили, нам его дали. Внизу есть общий холодильник. При заселении нам выдали большую пачку печенья и кофе. От автовокзала сложно добираться на общественном транспорте: или ехать на 2-х автобусах, или долго идти пешком. Лучше взять такси.
