The hotels location was exceptional, both to the village and to the mail ski lift. The Breakfast was one of the best I ever had, generous menu of choices from a ál la carte menu on top of the regular stuff. The hotel was modern and the very nicely decorated. The pool was also a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
Hard to find anything, might be that the wet sauna was so hot so you couldn´t use it. Even the dry sauna was also to hot.
Good room. Excellent location. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Cooked food ready very quickly. Unlimited filtered water.
Buffet selection could be better. More toast to be available and to be browned both sides!
Easier to say what I didn't like :) It's such a wonderful place! Everything one needs for a care-free skiing vacation - ski room with lockers and heater for the boots, amazing saunas, outside heated pool, tasty food... And most importantly, the most friendly and helpful team. Thank you once again, Deborah, Chiara, Cristian and Umberto, for an amazing stay!
Not actually a ski out - hotel is located on the same level as the lift. It's not really an issue, there is a transfer to both lifts, and the closest one can be reached by foot in few minutes.
The location, the spa area and the staff ! Vicky & Julia were so helpful and Umberto was amazing! Ski room was so nice and the ski in and out was so good

Gros plus avec la piscine extérieure vue sur le Cervin, qui donne chaque soir un moment de détente au retour des pistes exceptionnel !
Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 103 seul petit bémol (proche du bar donc parfois un peu bruyant au moment de l’apéro, plus petite que les autre suite terrasse et donne directement sur la piscine donc peu d’intimité).

Such a friendly family run hotel. Very professional but with a very personal service. All staff were exceptional & so friendly. Very central location & excellent spa & pool. Food was delicious & wonderful wines. Lovely varied breakfast & nothing too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.
Bedroom a bit hot & difficult to vent but a lovely bright room.
We had half board for one week.
the dinner menu is not good enough for half board one week.
the variety is too less.
and too few vegetarian dishes.
hence, the low overall rating.
dishes are very particular with distinct tastes/flavours.
if you do not like some of the few options offered the variety is simply to less and you get very disappointed.
since you already paid, you cannot have other alternative restaurants in Cervinia.
for reference Sertorelli in Cervinia had excellent dinner and breakfast two years ago.
also the breakfast in al Piolet is not that good when it comes to bread.
the quality of bread and pastry is not good Italian standard.
Wonderful accommodation, helpful friendly staff, great location and facilities. A warm, clean, beautifully decorated hotel.
The location for skiing “in” is excellent, we skied back to the accommodation most days. Skiing out isn't an option, you can get directly onto the piste, from the back of the hotel (via a lift in the building) but it’s flat on that section of slope, so not much point in putting on skis or a snowboard. However, it’s a 30 second walk on the snow to the road near the gondola and cable car, so it’s a 3 min walk in in total (even in ski boots!) from the hotel to the lifts. But if you don't want to do that they also offer a shuttle service to the ski lifts.
We had breakfast and dinner during our stay, I'm vegetarian and (unfortunately) celiac, a tricky combination when dining out, but they did a good job at catering for my dietary requirements. The wait staff were all helpful and friendly.
The outdoor heated pool is nice, with nice views of the mountains and views down into the town, it’s not that big, so it can get quite busy at the end of the day when guests are relaxing their tired legs after a day on the slopes.. The steam room and sauna are very nice and a great thing to enjoy, to help rejuvenate the body after skiing/boarding or hiking in the summer.
My husband and I both had a massage during our stay, which is also available at an additional cost.
Qualità della struttura. Competenza dello staff estremamente alta. Disponibilità ad accettare qualsiasi richiesta. Meteo in tempo reale, suggerimenti, servizio autista. Personale preparatissimo, sempre sorridente. Accesso albergo dalle piste, ski room spettacolare. Solo parere positivo. Tornerò con grande piacere.
