Pros:

Palais vénitien typique, à deux pas de la gare routière.
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le canal : tout simplement magnifique. (Même si le samedi soir est un peu bruyant , mais très calme le reste du temps)
Le personnel est sympathique.
Les prestations de la chambre sont de qualité. Mini bar, bouilloire, café, thé et lait pour patienter avant de descendre au petit déjeuner.
Baignoire et peignoir, bagages aimablement gardés après le check out ...

Cons:

Les murs mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement et une protection contre les traces de valises.
Petit déjeuner très complet mais manque de "vrai" pain

Great hotel for a city break
Pros:

The location was great- right on the canal, walkable wherever we needed to go.
It was clean but also made us feel like we were in Venice on Holiday.
Breakfast was a good start with a small cooked but great continental selection. Soy and cow milk available.
Staff on reception were very helpful with directions and recommendations

Cons:

Just beware we went in march and had mosquitos in the room- not the property’s fault but just bring bug repellent!

Es ist sehr schön in einem historischen Palazzo zu wohnen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Vaporetto Stationen sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Frühstück war gut, könnte aber noch umfangreicher sein

Palazzo storico molto bello, parti comuni di charme. Posizione ottima. Staff reception gentilissimo. Materassi comodi. Stanza sillenziosa.

Cons:

Camera non all'altezza del resto della struttura. Ma lo sapevo dalle recensioni e avendo chiesto una stanza silenziosa mi aspettavo l'affaccio triste. Colazione non entusiasmante. Anche questo già previsto dalle recensioni

Posizione ottima rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria ed a tutti i punti di interesse.
Zona tranquilla e silenziosa.
Camera all'ultimo piano con vista su canale.
Personale gentile, disponibile e preparato.

Cons:

Capuccino fatto da macchina automatica multipreparazioni.
Avrei preferito caffè e capuccino fatto da personale con latte intero fresco (come al bar).
