Beautiful city and lovely accommodations!
Pros:

It was right on one of the smaller canals and next to a gondola station. Our window was overlooking the bridge. Lovely!

Cons:

It was very hot in Venice and the room air conditioner did not cool the room as well as we would have liked. It was a bit warm in the room at night.

Sehr buntes Frühstück und das Personal war gut ausgebildet und freundlich! Die Lage ist perfekt für Zugreisende. Es liegt 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof und damit auf halbem Weg zu den wichtigen Sightseeing Orten. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Das Bad ist wirklich geräumig.

A warm welcome in a quieter part of Venice.
Pros:

A lovely welcome from Gabriella on reception. Helped us with maps and information for our stay. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and very clean. Aircon was welcome in the current heatwave. The hotel is in a lovely peaceful part of Venice with bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Also gondolas accessible right outside the hotel. Handy for the train and bus station. I would return to this hotel.

Cons:

L’hotel era vecchio, poi le stanze sporche e il parcheggio dovete leggere bene perché è a pagamento a 55 euro al giorno. C’è scritto ovviamente, io però non lo letto, perché giustamente vado a vedere se hanno il parcheggio disponibile e basta, perché non mi è mai capitato di dover pagare un parcheggio in un Hotel e sopratutto a quel prezzo. L’hotel costa troppo per quel Hotel e vecchio, lo staff è stato molto antipatico e la colazione non c’era tanto come me lo aspettavo. Per il prezzo che vale l’hotel non ne vale la pena.

Pros:

Mjög góð staðsetning, rétt hjá lestarstöðinni. Rólegt umhverfi. Starfsfólk hjálpsamt og glaðlegt. Rúmið var þægilegt.

Cons:

Erfitt að stjórna loftkælingunni. Gat ekki opnað gluggann því það voru svo margir geitungar beint fyrir utan.

Beautiful Historic Hotel
Pros:

A beautiful historic hotel, only 10 minutes from the santa lucia train station. Reception sraff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The courtyard breakfast area was gorgeous and shady. Breakfast was delicious. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in and plan to return one day.

Cons:

All was good.
