Pros:

The hotel is nicely located in the heart of Venice: you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and other commercial establishments nearby (3-5 min walk). The ferry or gondola to take you to the other side is also near the hotel (5-7 min walk).
The staff was agreable, at disposal for any sort of assistance, and allowed us to leave our luggages at the reception so we could enjoy the rest of our day without carrying heavy bags!

Cons:

The beds were somewhat small (the tips of our feet were out of the bed) and the room didn't seem to heat much, even if we left the heating on for a couple of hours.
Although the hotel is heated, the breakfast room was cold. It would've been more comfortable if it was as warm as the reception.
The breakfast had some different food options, but the pancakes were cold.

Güzel bir otel
Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi, personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kanal manzaralı, temiz ve güzel bir oteldi. Otobüs terminaline 7 dakika mesafede olması da büyük avantajdı.

Cons:

Yatak rahat değildi.Onun dışında beklentilerimizi karsiladi.

Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and the staff were excellent and extremely helpful
For us the location was very good being both close to Piazzale Roma so easy access to the airport and a 40 minute walk to San Marco square through interesting streets

Cons:

Rooms were very hot although you could open a window .Breakfast was average

Our "de luxe" room was tiny. Overlooked the canal but very noisy at night with passersby. If you choose this hotel ask for a back bedroom overlooking the garden

Pros:

Ottima posizione in una zona centrale ma tranquilla. Colazione con una buona scelta di prodotti. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La camera con arredamento un po' datato, bagno senza finestra e senza areazione. Purtroppo dalle foto e per il prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso. Ci siamo fermati solo una notte e ci siamo accontentati.

Friendly, central hotel… not luxury but fine
Pros:

Very central, beautiful location. The property has a nice inner courtyard. The desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small, but fine for one night.

The room was quite small and hot, we opened the window ( February!).
