Excellent time is the hotel
Pros:

We stayed in the villa, I was so surprised how beautiful it was, Villa is big and clean with private swimming pool and beautiful view. All my family are very happy about it. We will come back to stay in this hotel and choose the villa again next year. I also want to pointed out my villa personal assistant Bob Chen, he was great and very helpful. Hotel is also in a very good location, 2 minutes walk to the night market and 5 minutes walk to the beach from hotel main entrance.

Cons:

The hotel needs a bit more maintenance, but the villa is pretty good. We stayed 6 hotels in Sanya this time, my son only liked 2 hotels very much this is one of the hotels.

Cons:

Отелю требуется ремонт, старый, облезлый с неприятным запахом в номерах. Уборка отвратительная. Делают вид , что убирают. Постельное белье за 12 дней проживания поменяли два раза . Из них один раз - по нашей просьбе.Полотенце на пляж или бассейн не удалось получить ни разу- их просто нет постоянно. Лежаков на пляже и у бассейна практически нет. За две недели не удалось занять ни разу, потому что их на весь отель порядка 10 штук. Ночевать что- ли возле них, чтобы занять? У бассейна нет ничего - коктелей нет вообще, мороженного нет, пива нет. НИЧЕГО! Еда в отеле отвратительная. Выпечка - не выпечка, а сырое тесто. Из фруктов - один арбуз, бананы и гуава. Такое впечатление, что на Хайнане фрукты просто не растут. Хотя на рынке - их просто горы и стоят копейки по нашим ценам. Мебель в столовой вся грязная и замызганная. Очень неприятно.

Вилла шикарная.
Pros:

Жили в отеле Palace Resort на вилле с одной спальней и собственным бассейном с 01.04 по 06.04. Семья двое взрослых и двое детей. Нам отель очень понравился, территория вилл шикарная, потрясающий пруд с уточками очень милыми. При заезде получили подарки: плавучий столик с закусками, фрукты, купон прокатиться на лодочке по озеру, наборы для деток: тапочки, детские шампуни и прочее. Завтраки вкусные, для вилл отдельный завтрак, там можно выбирать блюда и заказывать, помимо шведского стола. Пробовали яйца бенедикт с лососем, кашу с морепродуктами, хайнаньскую лапшу: все вкусно очень.

Вилла чистая, ухоженная (у нас была), уборка ежедневно: пополняют воду, банные принадлежности, полотенца, тапки. В номере также есть шлепанцы для моря и бассейна.

С нами всегда на связи по WeChat был сотрудник ресепшен Coke, очень старательный и отзывчивый, прям каждый запрос сразу решал, помогал в любом вопросе, очень понравилось и доброжелательное отношение, и своевременная помощь. Спасибо ему отдельное, Coke, Вы просто молодец!

До пляжа ходили пешком 7 минут от вилл, но там не пляж отеля, а общественный: но просторный и народу мало, есть место в теньке.

До улицы еды и ресторанов тоже несколько минут пешком (на ужин), от вилл возит специальный кар до лобби отеля и обратно к вилле - очень удобно.

Мы очень довольны выбором отеля, свой бассейн на вилле - это просто чудесно (вечером можно включить подсветку бассейна и купаться). У нас сплошной восторг и благодарность этому отелю за чудесный отпуск!

Cons:

На сайте букинг указано, что в номере двуспальная кровать и диван-кровать. Однако, диван там не разбирается, и использоваться как кровать не может, разве что ребенку ростом до 150 см лечь можно, застелив. Также можно докупить дополнительное место стоимостью 200 юаней за ночь.

Сопровождающая Софи помогала по многим вопросам даже в свой выходной день.
Наличие собственного бассейна.
Близость к пляжу (7 минут пешком).
Очень хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

1. Расстроил факт, что вместо трех двуспальных кроватей в номере были одна двуспальная, а две полуторные. Это не соответствовало описанию и мы не могли нормально разместиться. Но вопрос был решён бесплатной установкой доп. кровати. Нас это устроило.
2. Убирали у нас не каждый день.

Pros:

Great location with the beach a short walk away. Modern and stylish facilities, well-maintained property. Great selection of all kind of foods for breakfast

Cons:

Pool is not heated, water is rather chilly, we could not stay in the pool for long. Neither could kids. As far as I know, it is uncommon, other hotels in the area have heated pools.
We paid for half-board with dinner buffet included. Although for dinner they offer a huge variety of options, the options are the same everyday. I wish they could rotate those options and make guest happier.
Strangely, in the room they don't have private bathrooms. From the rest of the room, there bathroom area is separated by sliding doors / walls, which cannot be locked. So, there is no privacy for those using the facilities. A very strange design solution.

Завтрак понравился. Есть чем накормить ребенка. Кухня адаптированна под русских и европейцев.

Cons:

Никто не говорит по- русски и по-английски, ужасный запах в номерах, плохо моют полы в туалете и в номере. Изначально засели в самый ужасный номер на первом этаже, потом переселили по моей просьбе на 7 этаж. В целом, если сделать ремонт, поменять шторы, поменять старые потрепанные полотенца для бассейна, Поставить в каждом номере влагоулавители, был бы отличным отелем.
