Missed opportunities when compared to other hotels that are really trying to get you to come back.
Pros:

I staff nice, parking good.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive and it was burnt. We didn’t want the buffet so paid for a meal, but eggs overcooked and the veggies in the omelette were burnt. Also, the train kept passing during sleep hours. Neighbors loud. There also wasn’t anything that said you had to order dinner downstairs and take it to your room yourself?? Why wouldn’t you offer room service? In a day when you can get door dash directly to deliver to your room the hotel can’t? Seems like a missed opportunity for hospitality first. Next time we will stay somewhere else. Or if you have someone stay more than one night put them on the side without the trains.
