pour avoir fait et payer une reservation ou l on vous confirme cette reservation et que le jour meme on vous demande l heure d arrivee pour leur organisation on vous repond donc super tout est ok et pfff quelques heures avant l arrivee un message arrive comme quoi c est annule car les traveaux apres inondation ne sont pas termines ,,,,,comme si il ne savaient pas avant ,,,vraiment tres mauvaise et sans compter que pour payer ca part de suite mais pour le remboursement j attend toujours a cette heure ou j ecris ce message ,,,je compte ne pas en rester la

When we arrived at the address of the accommodation, we were shocked to find that it was not a hotel. The room, even with the best of goodwill, cannot be called a hotel room, and even compared to a guesthouse, it was disgraceful. A foul smell, wrinkled dirty bed linen, and water dripping from the walls greeted us.The window opened directly onto the railway embankment, where trains were running, so it was impossible to rest. When the window was opened, it overlooked a small, overgrown yard The room's furnishings were also subpar: a dusty, dirty iron bed, two iron chairs, and an iron table. The wc was inside the room, with no separation from the living space. The table, where we were supposed to have our paid breakfast, was directly opposite the toilet. There wasn't even a partition. This accommodation is not a hotel, but apparently an occasional meeting place reserved for prostitutes. It was shocking, we have never encountered anything like this when booking through Booking.com. And we paid almost 300 euros in advance for this. We left the accommodation because what awaited us there was anything but a hotel. We had to quickly book another hotel in the city for another 300 euros.
