It's not worth the very high rating.
Pros:

The room did not smell musty.

Cons:

The first room was not what we booked, and we were told we could move into our room the next day. When we moved, it still was not what we booked. We did book a room with a balcony. When questioned as to where the balcony was, he showed us the stairwell balcony. Rooms not cleaned for the time spent there, we were told we had to pay extra for more towels. The language barrier was very hard, even with translation. As for the pool, it was not accessible due to maintenance. Mind you, one half of the building was off limits, but I'm not sure as to why.

mọi thứ đều ok

Lúc chạy xe lên dóc chung cư chú tài xế chạy yếu
gặp nhiều người qua lại nên tắt máy giữa dóc- dóc khá cao xe không lên được nhờ anh chủ chạy lên dùm
rất may mắn… mọi việc xuông sẻ

Pros:

Near the homestay there is a place to walk, the surrounding area is relaxing and suitable for relieving stress. The hostess, Ms. Hanh, is very friendly and generous with guests. Will come back if there is a chance next time.

Cheap moment
Pros:

We hosted a luxury wellness retreat here, and the rent blew us away. every detail aligned with our zen philosophy. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was pure magic. Absolutely love it and will comeback to Vung Tau again

Pros:

A great hidden gem at 18th floor (I think it was). Lovely owner, great location, great view. Has elevator. Nice room and soft beed.

Cons:

Nothing actually. There is noa traditional reception, but the owner was responsive and quick to reply on Whatsapp

the space was decorated with many unique artworks, making me feel like I was in an art gallery. I spent time painting and taking photos around the homestay. The host was also very passionate about art and shared many interesting stories with me about each piece
