Excellent hotel, with value for money. With a few improvements it will be great hotel for its size.

Fantastic hotel, staff, style, location - would recommend to anyone staying in Jalandhar.
Pros:

Everything from the breakfast, lunch and dinner were fantastic - amazing menu and quality. Great bar area, staff were friendly and sweet and happy to help whenever needed. Room was smart, modern and clean and the hotel location very central and placed on a safe and quiet slip road. Overall fantastic stay!

Excellent staff who made our stay enjoyable.
Pros:

Booked this hotel for a family wedding. Another family member decided to join us last minute. Staff were great in organising an additional inter-connecting room.
Hotel location is excellent, it was clean, modern and good value.
Staff were amazing and attentive, meeting all our needs and going over and above. Special shout out to Lakhwinder who made our stay extra special.
Good selection for breakfast.
Overall, a good stay and highly recommended.

Cons:

Slow lunch service. Often we had to takeaway the food as we did not have time to eat in restaurant.
Views from the hotel are of rubbish tip but no fault of the hotel.
An outside seating area would have been useful.
