Wonderful time
Pros:

Location, modern hotel, second time we have stayed here, we were a large group
and the staff were so accomdating

Cons:

The bathroom in our room leaked water under the door into the bathroom, i told the staff and nothing was done about it , we had to put towels on the floor so we didn’t slip. The general upkeep of the building such as paintwork of corridors and rooms needed attention.
The service in the restaurant was very slow and the staff seemed to confuse orders as multiple people came to table rather than one server .
The staff were great despite this

Cons:

Reception staff is arrogant (especially the lady). Laundry needs to be independent. Laundry boy told me it will take whole day to do laundry. If there washer and dryer why should it take whole day. It’s purely laziness and unprofessional behavior
