اول ما اعجبني اسلوب استقبال السيد أنس كان لطيفا جدا واسلوبه الجميل
الغرف نظيفه وجميله وموقعها ممتاز
مساحة الغرفه جميله ومناسبه لنا جميعا انا وزوجتي واطفالي
المطاعم والكوفيهات والبقالة او الماركت الصغيربجنب باب الفندق
المول جدا قريب مشي لا يحتاج مواصلات

كانت تجربه جميله وممتعه ولولا اني حاجز غيرها مسبقا كان كملت اقامتي فيها
وتسليمها للأخ المحترم هاني واسلوبه الجميل ومرونة وقت التسليم لهم مني كل التقدير

انصح بالمكان جدا خصوصا للعوائل

Spacious, clean, and close to everything
Pros:

We stayed at this apartment in Sisli and honestly had a very good experience. The room was 10/10, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, which made things easy. There are also two bathrooms, which is a big plus, and three air conditioners, so we were always comfortable. The internet worked well too.

Before we arrived, they contacted us, which I appreciated, and when we got there, they welcomed us very kindly and quickly. It made a nice first impression.

The location is really the best part. It’s close to everything, public transport, supermarkets, local shops, and shopping centers. You can walk almost everywhere, which is very convenient. It’s also a nice area to take a walk in the afternoon.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It felt comfortable and well taken care of, and the location makes it even better.

Cons:

We had a reservation for a specific room type (with a hammam). Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was unavailable. The hotel administration relocated us to a different room (with two bathrooms).

We asked to be moved back to our originally booked room as soon as it became available, but during our stay, we were told that this was not possible. As compensation for the inconvenience, the hotel administration offered us a monetary refund, which we accepted.

Unfortunately, this incident at check-in overshadowed the rest of our stay. As a result, I cannot give a completely objective review of the hotel itself

إقامة مقبولة من حيث الموقع، لكن الشقة تحتاج إلى صيانة وتحسين بعض التفاصيل.
Pros:

الموقع جيد وقريب من وسائل النقل وبعض المتاجر. الموظفون كانوا متعاونين في النهاية وقدموا اعتذارًا عن بعض الإزعاج خلال الإقامة، كما قاموا بترتيب نقل إلى المطار عند المغادرة

Cons:

حالة الشقة لم تكن مطابقة تمامًا للصور المعروضة في Booking، حيث ظهرت بعض آثار الرطوبة والتلف في بعض الجدران، كما أن بعض تفاصيل الحمام والتشطيبات تحتاج إلى صيانة أفضل. كذلك حدث موقف غير مريح عندما تم فتح باب الشقة من قبل أحد الموظفين دون تنبيه مسبق، لكن تم الاعتذار عن ذلك لاحقًا

Spacious, Clean, and Perfectly Located.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. Communication with the staff was excellent, even before we arrived, and they welcomed us kindly. The check-in process was quick and smooth.

Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which worked perfectly for us. It also had three air conditioners, and the internet connection was good. Everything was clean and the decoration was very nice.

The location is fantastic and very central. There are supermarkets, shops, shopping centers, clinics, and many other local places just a short walk away.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The person at the reception was extremely kind and welcoming, leaving no wishes open. You can really tell they are very engaged in their job and genuinely care about the guests. They were also always open for a small talk, which created a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The kitchen was perfectly sufficient for preparing a quick meal. All the utensils seemed new and not overused, which made everything feel clean and well maintained.

The jacuzzi, however, was not that great. Still, considering the price, it was absolutely acceptable and good value for money.

All in all, a nice experience with great service and solid facilities for the price.

Very good stay
Pros:

Very spaces room, Comfortable beds, Staff is very helpful, Apartment is warm and comfortable. Utensils provided. Easy access so many restaurants as soon as come out from the building.

Cons:

You could provide iron and iron board, There was no washing liquid or brush to wash utensils.
In the bathroom bidet is on the floor, Every time we used we need to put on the floor why not fix a handle to hang . It will not break and dirty. All sosafe was provided but door was broken. I suggest you put a light in the entrance to make it visible at night.

الشقه كانت مرتبه وتحتوي على كل الاحتياجات تحتها مطاعم وتسوق والمسجد جنبي والطاقم الي يشتغلو سوًا كأنو سوريين او أتراك كأنو اكثر من رائعين يجو يوم ويوم لتنظيف والملابس أعطيناهم ينظفوها ورجعوها نظيفه ومرتبه وبسعر رمزي التنظيف ،فيه كل احتياجاتكم بالمطبخ للي حابين يطبخون والحمامات مجهزه بكل شي ماعدا الفرشه والمعجون جيبوها معكم
كل الشكر لجهاد والشباب الي معاه الله يسعدهم ماقصرو ، أعطوني وقت زياده بعد اجلس لين وقت طيارتي
